while I was in the fitting room i had a pair of pants that went missing as well as my shopping cart. All I had was a simple request the check the cameras after scanning the floor and no sign of the pants, long story short they did not check the cameras and I went home without a gift to my mom. you would have better luck hiding you cart instead of trusting the employees. Very disappointed

First and foremost HORRIBLE customer service.I returned some stuff yesterday! I've asked the lady at the register who was putting up a security tag on a shoe if she would take me. She said get inline and she will be with you after she punched in!I had a solid 2 minutes ( which is not a problem) Wait but instead of helping me the one who punched in said that why did she put me on 3 and immediately started to page the supervisor. Nothing! Still waiting! She than paged her again and started signaling to the manager in the back THREE??? I was like huh?So ended up opening register 3. She proceeded to return my things and stopped at the first item to put the security tag back. at that point I have asked if she could do this AFTER I leave. She threw all my clothes on a pile and told me they have to do this NOW!!She throw the money in front of me and said nothing. I don't even know what the register said nor how much was it. She did not say thank you nor anything else. This store is going down and the funny thing is the one in Bradenton on Cortez is not in the greatest area and everyone is NICE there. vs the fancy SRQ shopping mall all RUDE ppl working there, SHAME if u ask me!!

Y I K E S Retreat! Retreat! Once walking inside and around for just minutes, we ran back out to the car. The air was stagnant, the staff was unpleasant, the store was like a vacant Goodwill and the other patrons were...scary. It was an uneasy feeling in here.
