I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit to this Staples store today. I was looking for an office chair with certain features and received the most amazing assistance from the staff (specifically Will and Basher). Not only did I walk out with everything I was looking for, I was able to upgrade to a better model yet kept the cost within my planned price range!
They do have a large selection of chairs and, obviously, the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for office supplies to check out this Staples store!

I got a call stating they would throw my business cards away if I didn't call them back to let them know I was coming to get them. I called 6 times. One call I spoke with a guy that said he would transfer me to the right dept. Never heard a human voice again. Why have phones if this is the way they handle them. I'm sure they will still charge me for the cards they're going to throw away. This is not customer service

I entered Staples wanting to upgrade my home office desk chair. The sales associate walked me to the chair area. While walking he asked me about my current’ chair and probed a bit to understand why I was not happy with it. He directed me to about 4 chairs to try first and paid close attention to my comments about each. He directed me to two more chairs, then suggested I go back and try two of the first chairs again. The choice was mine but the associate’s help made my shopping much more efficient. I purchase a chair from the second group.

I left Best Buy and purchased my scanner at Staples because the associate was very knowlegeable about the products I was looking for.

I come here often for printing services. Usually to print flyers, mail outs, and other things for my events. Today I just needed to print something out quickly, and didn’t want to go all the way home. The computers charge by the minute. Charlet was so rude to me. I was trying to tell her the printer was out of paper, and she kept purposely ignoring me. I finally just closed my ticket out, so I wouldn’t continue to pay for a service I wasn’t getting. I went to print. Which should have cost me less than $8, & I ended up paying $15, and never got to print out the paper I needed. This visit was a complete waste of my time and money.

Stay away from their print shop and take your business elsewhere. The three women who work there are of no help and carry themselves with an unpolite attitude towards the customers.

The staff at the University Staples are always kind, helpful, and professional. They know my name and are very friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality office supplies and a store with great customer service.

I guess asking for some help is annoying to the women in the print shop Her attitude with air quotes made me have to find another store
I work in customer service no way would that ever be acceptable We all have hard days Not an excuse to be rude
