We had 2 vehicles transported at one time with this company. Amazing service, response time, and delivery time! The local delivery office and driver were very friendly and got our vehicles to us 3 days before estimated!

We had a great experience with the guys that loaded us up and delivered to our new address. They were pleasant and very professional. We had only one piece that was damaged but we are getting that taken care of.

They were very professional starting with site visit for the move estimate, their follow before and after the move and the crew that loaded the truck. Everyone did a great job, no surprises.

Great people to work with. The driver was a master of his craft packing the truck and getting the items to their destination.

The professionals behind the scenes that came and went through my house and was there anytime I needed to call and ask a question was very good. The ladies on the end of the phone whenever I had questions we're always there to answer themBut the Packers that packed my stuff we're not very good. They lost my computer chair but packed a wheel off of it they busted The Smithereens my 200-year-old picture and bowled up belonged to my grandparents and just a lot of little things very disappointed

Coordinators were unresponsive to concerns. My belongings were held in storage until 4 days before the end of my window of delivery dates that were guaranteed to me- it appears there were no plans to move them and progress was made only after contacting coordinators multiple times to ask on the progress of my move.Legs of tables and lamps were just thrown in boxes- no bubble wrap or any cushion for protection. Parts of furniture that needed to be re-built were thrown in random drawers, not labeled and delivery movers had to search for them.Garment boxes were damaged and all boxes appeared to be squished and destroyed.I had other customers belongings in with my items and delivery guys tried to give them to me- a rug and large desk. The delivery driver from Rose was extremely kind and helpful and he seemed embarrassed by the state of my items and how it was handled.I will never recommend Allied to anyone ever.

If you have can avoid them, do so. They will not show up on time and never call to give you an update. You are expected to be there during a certain time window but they do not have to be. Customer Dis-service is their strong suit. AVOID!!!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! My parents were told their entire belongings were in good hands and would arrive between June 2 and the 11th. Not even close, the truck didn't even leave Florida until after the 19th. They told my mom to "go buy an air mattress and pots and pans" for the inconvenience. They offered them up to $400 in compensation, which is 0.02% of what my parents paid THEM to move their stuff. They were told they couldn't find a driver?! "customer service told them there is nothing else they can do for them. Keep in mind if YOU aren't there to receive your stuff when they finally do show up, they will charge you up to 5 grand PER day. Basically, their time is worth more than everyone else's. My parents got their stuff, 10 days after they were contracted to arrive, there is BROKEN furniture, damaged boxes and MISSING items. This company does not have anyone's best interest, as you can see from the 1 other horrible review, DO NOT give this company your money, time or belongings. We do know A LOT of families in the Florida area and we will definitely make sure nobody uses their services. Shame on you guys for doing this to people. SHAME!!!!! Negative stars wasn't an option.

April 2019 by Mike N.
It was a truly horrible experience. There were 3 movers. One of them decided to pick up the enormous headboard for my king size bed all by himself while his other two buddies were inside. He then dropped it and smashed it. I heard one of the other guys ask, "Why did you pick it up by yourself?" And he responded, "I thought I could handle it." So the other guy said, "So why did you drop it?" He said, "because it was big and bulky." So the other guy exclaimed, "That is exactly why you shouldn't have picked it up by yourself!" So I got on the phone with the manager. I believe his name was Brandon (this happened a year ago so I could be mistaken). Brandon said he would take care of it. That he will contact an upholstery company in the area and send them out to me to repair it. He said it would be some time because my move-to location, Gulf Shores, was outside the scope of local shops that he knows of. It made sense. He told me to call him back in two weeks if I don't hear from him. I didn't hear from him, and two weeks on the dot, I called him. He was on vacation and the person that I spoke with didn't know what I was talking about. A full week and a half later I called again and was transferred to him, and he didn't even know who I was. It took me a good 30 to 45 seconds to remind him who I was. Then he told me that he doesn't handle these claims, and it has to go through their insurance. At that point I asked him why he made made me wait nearly a month to tell me that...and it became one of those conversations. Then when speaking with the insurance people, I had a few minor hassles, but it turned out that they would only cover $90 for it. Meanwhile I had gotten quotes from upholstery shops in the area, and they all said that this type of job would require the leather to be completely taken off, because it is not like a smaller piece of the headboard was damaged, but rather, the leather wraps all around the headboard. It was a $600 job. I had been going back and forth with all parties concerned, and one of my arguments was that the insurance was in case anything foreseen happens, but rather, this is a case of utter stupidity. No one with a brain would attempt to pick that up by themselves. It is not just a matter of weight, but the size of it. In the end, if the Brandon wanted to brush me off, and pass all the loss on to me, it just doesn't make sense as to why he made me wait a month to even tell me it has to go through insurance. The insurance person said that so much time has gone by that I might not have been able to even claim it. What was the point of telling me he would find an upholstery person and take care of it?
