Terrible experience. Quoted me a price and when I went to Pay tried charging way more. The owner will charge different amounts depending on what she thinks she can get out of someone.

Cash preferred at this location. Lady is super fast and sew ons were cheap compared to main exchange. She also has some leftover patches and whatnot. Did rank patches and badges for around $35

Had military uniforms altered here, there were small cuts from scissors around the rank and name tapes. Where the new rank was sewn on, the threading blocked the zipper from working. She did have a cute dog in the shop, so two stars.

Ms. Chae, the owner of Express Alterations + Cleaners, is the kindest woman ever. I originally came in to ask if she dry cleans curtains. She immediately told me she does but it would be very expensive to do so. She gave me several really easy, and inexpensive tips to do it myself at home. This gesture alone was incredibly generous of her. We kept chatting and she's such a wonderful human to have in our community! I will, undoubtedly, come here for all of my dry cleaning and alteration needs! Can't wait to continue supporting her business!
