The prices they put on the stuff lately is just insane.. $289 for a dresser… $99 for an Eagle award. $40 per chair in a set of 2. I get they need to make a profit as a Business, but it’s becoming pure greed considering they get it all free.Idk who is pricing the stuff but marking them near the prices you find on line is sad.

This is such a sad excuse for people helping people. Found furniture, and we were told by Mr. Carl & Ms. Malienia that they were extremely short staffed. We offered our assistance to load a dresser and a wood tv dresser at the backdoor/donating area. CARL & Maliena were very nice and helped us as much as possible. Three others were rude, hateful and wouldn't lift a finger to help. The blue haired young female and the other older lady were upset because we were coming through the back entrance to help the workers put our furniture on a dolly. Extremely nasty voices. Please, folks, take a course and learn how NOT to treat customers. We will never return to this store. Extremely Sad & disrespectful workers. Never Again!

A large Goodwill with zero cell phone signal inside. The parking lot is tight. Prices are kinda all over the place. Tons of clothes and small selection of books. Stopped in a few times and it was never busy.

Clean and organized store, decent prices, and tons of merchandise to pick from! The employees are fun, helpful, and courteous and the store manager is awesome! I can tell the employees love their jobs, their coworkers, and their boss. Says a lot about the store manager. I love this store!

I bought a chair for 9 dollars at the goodwill in Fort Walton Beach, about two months later, (a couple of days ago) I decided we weren’t going to use it and I donated it to Valparaiso Goodwill where they put a 49.99 price tag on it. Come on now I bought it for $10 at a different Goodwill. That is sad that y’all get these items for free. I will now donate at the bargain box

Excellent items! You just have to allot time, and have patience. I am always complimented for the way I dress. Most would be shocked to know it came from here, including purses, wallets, suitcases, etc.

Please don’t shop or donate to this greedy store. Prices are absolutely disgusting. If I wanted to pay eBay prices, (sometimes priced higher than eBay) I’d buy it on eBay with a warranty and get it delivered to my door. Go down the road and donate to Bargain Box, an actual thrift store. The managers should be truly ashamed.

I just spent an hour in this Goodwill maybe longer with a four-year-old. I probably had about $50 worth of items but I can't say for sure what my total was because when I didn't have a price on it at all anywhere on it. And I told the cashier that when I place the item on the counter. The only thing really in the entire cart that my four-year-old wanted and that I also want him to have! Cashier said if it doesn't have a price we probably won't be able to sell it she said I could probably just set a price? And the other cashier said oh no! They're watching that like a hawk! at that point I didn't take anything else out of the cart and we left the building. So here's my advice about 'watching things like a hawk!' What would be nice is if whoever is bringing things out on the floor pays attention and is actually 'watching like a hawk' those items coming out without price tags and prices them accordingly'watching like a hawk' ?? that was one of the most ridiculous conversations I've ever witnessed! All that time I spent in that store telling my four-year-old grandson to behave while we were shopping so that he could be rewarded with the things he picked out! I mean really? I'll never go in that store again I'm sure y'all don't care but that was ridiculous because I certainly don't know anybody that store and I certainly wasn't trying to rip anybody off or pull some con game or whatever they think their employees are doing in there! If I could give zero Stars that's what I would give or below zero

I love this store! The only thing I don't like is sometimes I feel like items are a little over priced.

Went to this location and am still in awe. As I was checking out, I noticed a pair of very nice Nikes on the back wall behind the registers. As I was checking out, I asked the cashier if I could see the shoes. Thinking I was about to get them, I looked at the bottom of the shoes and saw the price tag…$199.99???? For a used, donated item?! These shoes probably retail for $200 brand new. Do they come with the box? No. Are they brand new? No. So why are they pricing it to that amount? I called and talked to the manager, and she even had no idea about the shoes on the back wall, but informed me that they sell them online for that amount. Wow…a nonprofit organization that is supposed to be using some of the funds that they receive for the items that they sell and using it for the “goodwill” of the community, is now seeming like a for profit business. I understand that Goodwill needs to make their money too, in order to keep the store open and pay their employees, but that pair of shoes has shown me that this is a greedy organization (or store, if the store chose that price). This is a place to help those who may not have as much get the “high priced brands” at a more affordable price, being used and donated. This is shameful. Never been to a goodwill that has asked that much for a pair of used sneakers. I’ll keep my $200.
