I started using AJs because the other bike shop near me is corporate owned and AJs is a small business. I’ve found them to be reliable, reasonable, and quick when it comes to service. I also enjoy the vibe of the shop.

Another fantastic experience working with Scott and Darrin! If you’re looking for a new MTB/eMTB/cruiser, this is the best place to go. Awesome selection of bikes & gear, great staff and family oriented environment. I was visiting from out of state and needed a bike. My cousin picked it up and was a helmet for me. This company supplied a very good bike that was perfect for two mountain biking locations close to here.I was supper happy with the performance of the bike and the comfort of the helmet. When I come back to Florida, I would rent from here again. Thank you.

INCREDIBLE SHOP AND SERVICE!!!!!! If you are in the market for a REAL MTB please do yourself a favor and go to this shop because the service techs are actually hardcore MTB ENTHUSIASTS! They actually REALLY RIDE and will not sell you something that isn’t practical!!! They have all the best brands in the industry! DIETY * INDUSTRY NINE * FOX * SPECIALIZED * SANTA CRUZ! Im on my way back home now and wish I was still there!!!!!

AJ’s is the best around.Guys are very knowledgeable and super nice/helpful. You always feel taken care of every time you’re there. This is my go-to spot for all things cycling. I’ve bought bikes from them for yrs and had several repairs/maintenance issues/and upgrades as well. Just an all around awesome place.

We went into the shop looking to be educated on changes in tech and equipment as well as fit. Ben intoduced himself and showed us evrything, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond with us. Being ex-military I appreciate attention to detail and that is what we received. I didn’t purchase my e-bike from this company but when I went there asking for help with my e-bike tire, they were very rude and no accommodating at all.They told me they don’t fix bikes that were not purchased by them but my caucasion coworker is the one who referred me to them and he didn’t buy his e-bike from them. Them assisting him and refusing to assist me and being very rude makes me feel a way about this company.

Literally writing this review in the parking lot of AJ's Bikes.My 2.5yr old son has a Schwinn trike and has just gotten used to riding with the pedals. Due to the age of the bike, one of the pedals came off while riding a few days ago.I brought the bike in today to see if they could help. I had 2 guys take a look at the bike and pull it behind the service counter to see what they could do.All the staff were super friendly as I waited....which was only for about 15mins - 20mins.Before long, one of the guys pulled my son's bike around the counter and had used electrical tape to create a fitting for the pedal to stay on while in use.I was incredibly grateful....and when I asked how much I owe, he didn't charge me for his time or for the materials used.This is your place for all things bike related. Hell, they even helped this guy who came in needing his baby's stroller wheel repaired.Impeccable customer service!!!

I didn't go there for a repair, buy, etc..... Just browsing. The crew was very nice, they asked if i needed help twice. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The shop was very clean as well, which says a lot for the owner and staff.BTW, The pricing on the new bikes were very fair. I'm looking forward to making a purchase on one of their Specialized bikes.
