Do NOT go to this store. They will swindle family members into buying add-ons telling them they are free with a purchase of a product only to add monthly payments for all "free products" months down the road. It's a cheap way to swindle sales and everyone at this store needs to be fired and new management brought in immediately.

Please, DO NOT go to this store the AT&T representative TOTALLY messed up my bill. He added lines that I had no access to increasing my bill DOUBLE amount. I had to call AT&T and have this fixed. While I was in the store, I literally had to wait almost 3 hours and still had nothing done correctly and then husband had to return to store and still they did not fix. Disappointed do not recommend.

I had a disappointing experience at the store. The store “manager”, Diego, seemed to be more focused on making sales than addressing customer needs. It was clear that he wasn't well-informed about the company's policies and recent changes.

Not sure what kind of scam they’re running at this store. Creating business accts for residential accts. Giving one price and when the bill comes it’s something completely different. Manager getting into a screaming match with customer. Don’t waste your time with these crooks.

Absolutely amazing service 10/10 from Sergio. Probably the only store I’ve been through of which I have gotten service with outstanding personality and Grade A service. This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable on everything and made the information way more understandable to someone who has no idea what any of this is about. Again I cannot stress how much I recommend this store.

Angela was outstanding! She got us the perfect plan for our family and a ton of promotions to help us save on iPhone accessories and protection products. She was informative, charming, and walked us through the entire 2.5 hours of setting everything up from number transfers, equipment info transfers, put all our screen protectors and cases on! She went above and beyond in every aspect of our visit! Phenomenal customer service and sales skills!!!! All in all made the process and experience smooth and enjoyable! Thank you so much for all your help with us crazy New Yorkers!!

My father went into the store for a new phone for our phone plan. The sales rep, Julio was the name on the receipts, was upselling for accessories and services that he didn't want or need. I've worked retail before and understand that upselling is needed at times but this seemed excessive.
In this case, the sales rep kept telling my father to get his phone he had to have optional services such as insurance. My father called me confused about this because we didn't have to last time and I spoke with both. The rep kept saying that he had to put insurance on it to get the phone but he can to take it off later online. I informed the rep that we had insurance on the devices through an outside company and didn't need insurance, he insisted he had to have it to get the phone.
After that call, I reached out to another AT&T store and they advised that insurance is not required to get a new phone but a breach of ethics to force place it. I called the store my father was at and informed him that I spoke with another store about the case. The rep still fought to keep it. My mother eventually heard about the issue and she called the store also.
Eventually, they took the force placed insurance off. I get how commission works but shouldn't take advantage of an older customer and force place things on people. My father wouldn't have even known how to take it off online if it was left on.
