Visiting from Louisiana and began to have issues with my battery. David N. was the AMAZING representative who assisted with needs. David and the Autozone team were great! I have not experienced such outstanding customer service in years! Fernando cracked jokes and Josh consistently checked on me to make sure I was ok! THANK YOU AUTOZONE #3814!!!!

Had a great experience at autozone. The store manager David and the other associate were wonderful. They took the time to change both of my headlights for me even though it was not an easy job. I will definitely return for anymore of my car needs.

What started out good, ended in confusion. I went in to have my check engine light code read, store associate I think his name was David was very nice and helped me out. Showed me what was wrong and I Purchased the part I needed for $300 & he offered to replace because it was an “easy fix“ but I had to come back next week when the part would be delivered which I was told Wednesday at 5. Store manager was present and also checked my car and said the same thing about it being no problem and easy fix and they could do it for me. Left thinking we were good to go and on the same page. Tuesday morning at 11 I received a phone call from the associate that helped me letting me know the part came early and I could bring my car to have it replaced. Got there a little after 12 and the same associate was there greeted me and began replacing the part. I was told the engine light code would be cleared once finished. When he tried to clear the code it would not clear so he told me I had to battery reset for 30 minutes and it should be fine. I nicely told him that was fine and I could wait. Apparently it was time for his lunch break so he unplugs my battery and says the manager will finish for him and he leaves. After 30 minutes I go inside. two associates were inside the store a male and a female. The female asked me what was wrong and I explained to her. She barely knew how to hook my battery back up so the other associate had to step in and finish. Which they were laughing and joking about. She then said she would check the code and make sure it was clear which is all I wanted, apparently it still wouldn’t clear after waiting for 30 minutes to have my battery hooked back up but she was just trying to get rid of me. I politely told her I just didn’t want to have to return as I have a busy schedule and it was already hard for me to come the other 3 times I did. Her name was Cheyenne she was extremely hostile and seemed annoyed because I just wanted reassurance. After I asked for the manager who I thought was on the same page as me and knew the whole situation she immediately got defensive and said something along the lines of “ it’s because I’m a female, & I’ve been doing this longer than any of them here “ insinuating that I had an issue with her being a female when I never even said that? I didn’t respond to her comment I sat quietly. I was simply wanting someone who already knew the original issue and who I spoke to before as anyone would. She goes inside after about 25 more minutes of me waiting the manager comes out acting so confused and as if he didn’t know anything when I know she had already talked sh* about me to him and the other associates because I saw her and heard her phone call him and tell him. Mind you I never gave her attitude or anything at all I was very quiet the whole time and just wanted reassurance from the original person who told me so I didn’t have to return. So the manager comes out and now me being confused having to explain the situation as if he didn’t know just for him to tell me “ ohh it’s fine you should be good to go “ . Like what? Didn’t recheck anything or make sure she even did it right but ok. After being painted to be an “ angry customer” (which I never even complained) I just said okay and close my door. As I’m preparing to leave Cheyenne & the manager are standing outside the front door in front of my car both clearly talking sh* and pointing at me, her and the manager proceeded to pull out their vapes and start smoking them together out in the open and stood there waiting for me to leave while still smoking and not caring. Very unprofessional after I just spent $300 with you guys and that’s how your customers are treated. So much for “putting the customers first” and “ going the extra mile “ right.

Employee was immediately rude while attempting to return an item purchased from a store near by. Box was open but part was unused and spotless. I suspect locations don’t like taking other store returns, despite it not being a company policy. Just do your job bro

If you have a disability like Autism, I would stay clear if David is the manager here as I have worked for him for 2 months and he pretty much had it out for me. I have my own flaws but David just made it a case in point to get rid of me from the get go. Other than that it’s a great place to work (I worked here from May 2023 to November 2024). It’s just not when David is calling all the shots. Hopefully things have gotten better.

Very good service! The sales manager helped me with my car even though it was very late and they were closing in 3 minutes. The fan in my car was not turning off and he checked exactly what he needed and fixed it. He did this for me for the second time. I'm highly recommending to everyone because you can always count on him!! (I don't remember his name but he worked April 15 until close.)
