I stop here often ( 2117 State Road 60 East in Valrico ) and every time Shannon helps me in the drive thru. She is always so kind , friendly and personable. I’m not sure what her job title is other than she’s “Excellent “ with customer service! She’s always happy to see the customers, helps them and makes you feel welcome!Thank you kindly,Susan

It was good after I had to take it back. It was made wrong. Ugh. But I tried to leave a comment from the check. But the website said it couldn't do it. Like they turned off my check. Ugh. Now I can't precipitate in the survey where you can get a free whopper. So annoying. They didn't even let me keep the bad order even though I ate some of it before noticed the mess up. Kinda gross that they took it back. I dont know if they used the same food or touched my old food and washed their hands. Dont eat much fast food but kinda sucked that I had to go back.

2117 Burger King messed up my husband breakfast order. He went back for the correction and I guess an employee was mad because when I got my order which was the 5 piece french toast sticks. It had a lot of hair in it. I took some pictures but my phone doesn't do it justice. Never go to this establishment. Because if a person will mess up your food (I'm vegan with food allergies) on purpose. Knowing it can cause others harm and business can get sued. They need to fired. These employees act as if they don't want to work moving slow and careless and the manager isn't any better. This location need to be shut down or terminate all employees and just start over and truly screen when hiring. Smh. The only reason I'm living this review on Google because I can't find this burger king building2117 State Rd 60, Valrico, FL 33594 on BBB.

Very slow and very rude, she made me wait for 10 mins on the drive thru without even trying to say one word I was picking up an Uber eat order cause the front and side doors were locked and then when she finally answered she asked to come inside in a rude way saying I just opened the door !!! Nasty attitude if you don’t like working early then find another job

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The cashier found that talking to her co-workers was much more important than taking my order. I had to wait for 10 minutes then ask her at what point was she going to take my order only to be told "Oh, I forgot about you. Then the cook has an attitude and moves as if she could care less. Then when I get my order the hamburger is dry and tasteless, the fish sandwich is half cooked and this cost me $15.00. What a sad place, and the staff either needs training or customer service skills. We all need jobs, just some people don't appreciate employment and wonder why life is so difficult. ?

Was just inside this location, it’s 12:09 on Wednesday. We were inside the place for at least ten minutes while the manager helped 2 customers in front of us. When it came our turn she completely ignored us as if we weren’t even standing there. Instead she decides she’s going to straighten the cups in the holders below the counter. I am not racist however the person she did help was African American which was the same race she was. I feel like maybe there was possibly some racism there. I am white. Not to mention there was a kid who tried to take our order, and she told him no to go help the drive thru while she played with the paper bags with her back to us, while the other workers did their best to work under her. We still never said a word until the incident where the boy tried to help us. I am sad that this location has turned into whatever it has become. This is not the first time at this location where the same woman has acted toward me, I just didn’t leave a review until now. I will never attend this location again, I will also let everyone I know about the horrible customer service at this location

Went at lunch time and they are highly understaffed as matter of fact only saw 1 employee working front counter and drive thru maybe he was cooking too!?! Line was 4 deep so I left .

I come here everyday for breakfast and dinner ive had never had an issue with the people here Nellie is the most sweetest manager I've ever met she always makes us feel welcome i can say she has changed the restaurant to something better than what it was . Will be here
