Very bad experience, first time this has happened to me at a bank. I had an appointment for 3:30 with someone supposedly Jonathan Ayala, and when I arrived, no one helped me. So I had to tell one of the guys there. He looked at his computer, then went to the other side of the counter and started talking to his other colleagues, completely ignoring me. I wanted to go and complain to them, but my husband told me it was better if we left and found a better bank with people who actually wanted to work because everyone there was lazy. No one there wanted to work.

Just left Chase bank and was taking care of by Zaria and Serenity, man these two ladies made me feel like I was the only customer there. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Take a bow ladies yall deserve it.can tell they had nothing to do with that 2.5 rating.

I came to this Chase branch to open an account and ended up sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes with no help at all. The staff were behind the counter and saw me waiting, but no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. It was frustrating and honestly embarrassing—especially from a bank like Chase. This is not the level of service I expected.

I highly doubt the manager is strong with schedules. I’ve been there at 9 am several times just to get a lazy attendant 15 min later telling me they need more time. I don’t understand why BANKS lately have been operating like a Wendy’s. Pablo supposedly (since they don’t wear name tags) I wouldn’t know, moved over and let Emmanuel help. Emmanuel was very helpful once Pablo found something to do.

I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Chase bank, which I consider to be the worst I have experienced. The check retention process appears to be outdated and lacking any sense of efficiency.
Recently, I opened a business account with this institution, and upon attempting to deposit checks from my clients, I encountered significant delays. The first check was held for 7 business days, followed by the second check being retained for 10 business days. Upon inquiring about the reasons behind these delays, I was informed that the checks needed to undergo thorough review processes, including examination of the issuer and their banking institution. Despite making multiple calls to your customer service, only the verification of the check issuer was completed, as Wells Fargo does not conduct verifications from the issuer's bank. I was left with no other option but to wait until November 14th for the funds from a check deposited on November 2nd to become available.
It is truly bewildering to me that such practices are in place, seemingly playing with my financial resources. The lack of efficiency and transparency in this matter is concerning and highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, I must highlight the abysmal customer service experience I encountered, both in Spanish and English. The responses provided were insubstantial and failed to address my concerns adequately.
So if you're planning to have in mind chase to be consider your financial institution for your business it will be a TERRIBLE CHOICE !!!!

This branch was not educational or patient.
I sat down with someone to discuss information about my IRA and she gave me a direct line as they don’t handle that kind of investment account. This was useful.
When I did rely on her to help assist me with opening a new checking on the website, I had mentioned I’m not really given that option on my end, the option I am given is only to open new Savings accounts. She said “you’ll have to dig deep.” As a client at the branch I am literally stating what is not offered to me, telling me to “dig deep” is not useful information. She was rushing and seemed strung out. The vibe is not for me and not on a level most CHASE branches are that I work with. I don’t recommend if you’re looking for guidance like I was.

I have multiple accounts with chase, mortgage, and business account. They still continue to charge me fees for everything regardless of the banking relationship we have. I would not recommend opening an account with them at all as everything seems to be about money, ironically.

Horrible to non-existent customer service! Short staffed and absolutely no concern for their customers! You would be better keeping your money under your mattress! I regret the day I opened an account with them.

Management at this branch is poor. Employees do whatever they want. Manager (Jason) is never in the branch when needed. Claims he has 2 branches under control yet he is never where he is needed and his employees are all miserable and scared of him.

Had to close my account, because my new job doesn't offer direct deposit. Chase bank has fees like most banks when that happens. Johnathan was nice talking with me. He agrees with me, but his hands are tied. Hate to leave this bank after 6+ years, but money is tight for everyone.
