Worst Chipotle in greater tsmpa bad service poor management from the top slow service and always an amateur burrito roller every single time.

I did a chipotle lane order again trying to give this location another chance but every time I come here it falls short. Last night when I got my order the bowl was completely wrong and trying to get the employees attention through the drive through window was downright frustrating. They then proceeded to tell me the employee they had on the grill wasn’t very good so they couldn’t tell me when to come back. When I did return they handed me a bowl back with no cheese even though my bowls order was very simple. They have run out of queso twice for my online order, charged me but still did nothing to refund me. The chips have been stale and inedible every time I’ve ordered them. I won’t be returning to this location the customer service and food quality just isn’t there.

Dirty tables dirty food prep area with food debris and crumbs all over the table in the kitchen. We never got treated either. We attended 3/9/2024 @ 530pm. If you eat here hope it's cleaner than it was today. We turned around and left.

The food is excellent, but the employees have to be trained, how to roll a burrito. It's something basic. But the flavor is great.

Chips were stale so we asked for another bag which they happily gave us. But the second bag was worse, I threw it away. Couldn’t even eat it. And the meat in my quesadilla (steak) was really tough and hard to chew.

Every single order I’ve ever had here has been a wrong. You pay for extra chicken you don’t get it. You pay for an ADD-IN, they give it as a side. You pay for a drink, they hand you a random one. Seriously, stop playing games with people’s time and money!

I go here often and have never had any problems but I was just there and witnessed what looked like the store manager getting very rude and loud with an employee. As someone who has worked in customer service and experienced the stress that comes with a fast paced job, having a higher up speak just as disrespectful as a hangry customer was very upsetting to watch. I hope the poor girl and any other employees don’t get the same treatment on a daily.

After a management change I believe and figuring out their mobile take out orders, this Chipotle is the only one we will go to now. They are very fast, accurate, and the Chipotlelane needs to be offered at more locations!

Worse experience ever! I placed an order that I never received because their delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address. Nothing was done by the store or chipotle customer service when this was not my fault!

Three times in a row I've ordered a bowl and it's been extremely soggy! Then I ask for extra lettuce to only get a pinch of lettuce. Sick of them not properly training their staff and just keep handing out free meals only for to only get a terrible again. As much as I love chipotle, they make me not want to go to chipotle.
