Hannah is the best! She’s always so easy to talk to and friendly whenever I walk into Crunch. Every time I walk in, she brings the best energy. Super welcoming, positive, and helpful. She just puts you in a good mood for your workout without even trying. Honestly, she makes the whole gym vibe better. Love seeing her there!

I’ve been going to this gym for like 20 years and the past year it’s gotten really bad. I keep trying to change my time to workout but it seems like no matter what time I go they are blasting their music so high I can hear it over my headphones (while my headphones are at the highest volume). I’ve complained multiple times but management is horrible and they don’t care. Time to switch gyms. If you’re over the age of 18 you will hate this gym. If you’re 18 and under and looking for a good club that fronts as a gym this is your place.

Wanted to make people aware to clean off your equipment thrice!!! One of my friends got a really bad fungal infection from this poorly kept facility. Normally I wouldn’t even write a review but it’s worth noting the staffs unwillingness to work with them or issue a refund, stating there were no proof. At the end of the day the cost of business is not to argue with your customers, especially considering they’re going through a painful, embarrassing, and expensive dermatology appointments because of this facilities poor equipment hygiene. I think it’s horrible that they would argue with you instead of just giving a refund. As if any business doesn’t have profit and loss due to these types of things… Instead, they argued and didn’t wager the cost of business. That’s fine. People can write about it in the reviews and make a decision not to even choose this gym in the first place because they can be aware of how you’re gonna handle the situation. So if you are concerned, you could get a fungal infection at a poorly maintained gym and be confident its staff won’t refund your membership this is the place for you!! Otherwise I highly recommend other options! Instead choose a place that isn’t argumentative. If you get food poisoning at a restaurant and you let management know at a restaurant their food made you sick. You don’t argue. It’s something else you ate, you just refund that Customer and understand the experience they went through and that compassion goes much further then the argument. The pettiness alone should drive you away.
