It's a little weird living and review It's a little weird leaving a review For a place that I have been going to Okay for all of my 64 years on the planet Here's a question for you do you know what CVS stands for what the letters mean Seriously what does see and then theC&V&S mean???
Answer doesn't match what they do but it stands for consumer value store Doesn't match what they do but it stands for consumer What's one near me And on a weekend during the night They moved out took all the signage down and they left One thing except the shelving and No sign on the door where your prescriptions have been transferred to there was no info What other store to go to What's very very odd for them to move out inon a weekend in the middle of the night On a weekend in the middle of the night And no warning No no notice no going out of business sale Play just packed everything up put on truck and left but they took down every sign And it look like it had been vacant For 20 years And then I drive by and I see some new paint Dollar Tree green Yeah that's the name of that color This is an isolated incense on Lumsden and Lithia Pinecrest.

Always friendly and greet you when you enter the store. They have a little bit of everything in a pinch, with a friendly layout. The pharmacy is great, with very helpful techs to answer any questions.

I have been going here for over a decade and I am always impressed with all the team members, pharmacist and their staff. I always feel welcome, as well as knowledgable and professional. This is my favorite CVS and I will continue to go to this store for as long as can. Great job everyone.

Every time I visit this CVS pharmacy the cashier is very friendly and helpful. It Is a 20 minutes drive from my house but I gladly drive there because of the nice people that work at this location.

The greetings when you entered the store, especially from an Associate name, Caleb from Valrico CVS. The monthly savings from coupons, ExtraCare Membership $10 monthly reward and other great savings! The only problem, sale products are not replaced on shelves fast enough. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Pharmacy staff zero help, rude and snappy. Called to see if they had a medication in stock there as the one I usually go to in plant city will be out till the end of the year. The staff said they can not give that Information out if they have that prescription in stock or not, which is total whole crap as another CVS location was able to give me that information. They said I would have to have my doctor, send the script to them before they can tell me if it’s even in stock. The whole reason why I’m calling that place was because the other CVS was not in stock, so why would I send a script over to a location with it possibly not being in stock and have to transfer it over again to another location. do better CVS pharmacy Valrico staff DO……. BETTER.

Review for CVS Manager – 08/06/2025 @ 5:55 PM – Valrico, SR 60, FL
I had a disappointing experience at the Valrico CVS regarding a pricing issue. An item advertised for $7.99 rang up as $13.99, and when I returned with my receipt to resolve it, the young lady I spoke to stated she was the store manager. She was unhelpful and dismissive. She blamed me for not entering a phone number at checkout and pointed to barely readable fine print on a random price tag, speaking in a rude and unprofessional tone. Despite having the receipt and presenting a reasonable explanation, she refused to issue a refund or assist in correcting the purchase.
Instead of offering a solution, she was inflexible and more focused on assigning blame. This lack of basic customer service and professionalism was frustrating and unnecessary.
CVS should consider better training in customer service and communication—especially for newer managers. A respectful, solution-oriented approach would have made all the difference.

Update- still waiting on my prescription its been a week now. I have reached out numerous times and yet here I am. No progress, no assistance. Typical treatment from this terrible company. All they care about is making money and ripping off their customers. CvS should be put out of business they are the worst company ever.
Worst pharmacy ever! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

My overall visit too this store was Amazing...But the cherry on top was the associate who assisted me was top class ..she was very professional, and super Helpful...it's every Day you walk out of a Business place feeling like so they didn't just want my Money lol..Angel should get rewarded. A lot of folks should take a page out her book ..

This is the first problem I've had with CVS. I bought some cat litter, some razor blades and etc. And I had 40% off 30% off 25% off and when I swipe my card it said $4.60 I got home and I was charged $34 in change. First they told me I got a cash advance. I did not ! Then they tell me the only way they could fix it is for me to bring all the items back to them so they could cancel them and re-buy them. That is totally ridiculous and a bad use of my time.
