Please train your employees properly to treat everyone with respect. I went in with a state issued license, from "Florida Department of licensing", trying to buy alcohol and was told by the female at the register that she couldn't take it bc it wasn't a "drivers license" she then said hold on let me call my manager and proceeded to take another customer when the manager got there she looked at it and me and said no they're not going to. I was racially profiled by these two Karen's and disrespected around 2pm Wednesday June 7 2023! I will be filing a formal complaint through corporate and I will be sure never to visit again.

Last Friday (June 2nd 2023) I had a scheduled appointment for a 2nd dose of hepatitis a/b vaccine. After waiting for the pharmacist to prepare, I was told the dose on hand had expired. I was told a new dose would be ordered and they would schedule a new appointment for me the following Monday at the same time. Monday came and went without a call or an appointment scheduled. I took it upon myself to schedule a new appointment today (June 7th 2023). When I arrived, I was informed I had scheduled my appointment at the wrong location. I asked if they had availability to sneak me in if possible and was told they need to verify they have it first. I was a little shocked since it was supposed to be ordered 5 days earlier with a presumed arrival date of Monday June 5th. Finally, I was told that the vaccine was not there. If you are looking for vaccines for international travel, I would not rely on CVS.

My doctor tried to call in a prescription for me and he said he waited on hold for a while a left a voicemail. I tried calling myself and was on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered the phone at all. I drove up there just before 5 pm and had to tell them to check the voicemail now and heard other callers phoning in and watched no one answer their calls. The man was joking with an coworker to do some work. Not professional at all. The woman in line in front of me, he told her it would be another day to fill her prescription and only one would be ready. I demanded for them to check the availability on an antibiotic since he said they might not have it. They had it and I told them I would wait for it for 15 minutes and they said they would do that. NEVER going there again as a regular patron or patient for any meds. I will spend my money elsewhere with employees who care!

Angel, the cashier working the register is by far one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. Horrible customer service skills and as well as anger issues and saying racist remarks under her breathe to other customers. Will not be going here again.

I called 6 times trying to to speak to ONE REAL HUMAN BEING. I've never felt so annoyed, frustrated, and genuinely hateful towards a robot voice in my entire life but the lack of "speak to a representative" option nearly sent to me to the physical store with a POSITIVE Covid diagnosis. If you want people to stay in their homes while sick then make it easier for us to schedule/cancel appointments without having to physically go into the damn store and infect everything in it.

So this is the 2nd cvs i have tried to get a covid test done and the set up is STUPID. You have an appointment but no not really because you get in line at the pharmacy drive through with people doing prescriptions and one person doing it all. How stupid. Do one or the other but not both. Spent an hour at the drive through. Stupid stupid stupid. Stop doing appointments as the time really does not matter. All the CVS are doing this same stupid thing.

The insurance and prescription payments was one big mess because the pharmacist would Not accept my insurance card even though I was on the phone with them for hours. Dislike their attitude and called the manager. She was rude, did not help and was not friendly. She cut me off and said she had 5 other customers to attend to and left.
