Update- still waiting on my prescription its been a week now. I have reached out numerous times and yet here I am. No progress, no assistance. Typical treatment from this terrible company. All they care about is making money and ripping off their customers. CvS should be put out of business they are the worst company ever.
Worst pharmacy ever! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

the pharmacy staff here is always rude and usually gives me the wrong prescription, then acts bothered to fix the mistake.

My overall visit too this store was Amazing...But the cherry on top was the associate who assisted me was top class ..she was very professional, and super Helpful...it's every Day you walk out of a Business place feeling like so they didn't just want my Money lol..Angel should get rewarded. A lot of folks should take a page out her book ..

This is the first problem I've had with CVS. I bought some cat litter, some razor blades and etc. And I had 40% off 30% off 25% off and when I swipe my card it said $4.60 I got home and I was charged $34 in change. First they told me I got a cash advance. I did not ! Then they tell me the only way they could fix it is for me to bring all the items back to them so they could cancel them and re-buy them. That is totally ridiculous and a bad use of my time.

The pharmacy lady is always yelling at her employees. Made me extremely uncomfortable seeing a sense of defeat in their eyes.

There is a tech that works at this CVS that has her head covered. She is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever met she is nasty and talks about the customer in front of them she does it to me every single time I walk in there I have spent over $65,000 in that store over the last few years in medications you just lost a customer that has been a long time lifelong customer and a frequent one due to the rudeness of this Tech time and time again I hope you're okay with losing more money because she's going to cost you quite a bit more than 65 Grand

I spent 1/2 hour completing the loonnngggg online form which asks the same questions multiple times to schedule a COVID test, provided credit card info… just to be told upon arrival that they could not do Covid tests today.

The CVS clerk, Angela, was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. She was also knowledgeable about my CVS app and shared with me to optimize my purchase savings.

Caleb (associate at the front counter) is amazing. Most personable customer service I’ve had in a while! The world needs more Caleb’s ! He definitely deserves a raise!

Now that we are forced to leave voicemails for the pharmacy, who is in charge of returning the call? I have yet to get a response and we have questions about the prescriptions filled. Leaving voicemails does not seem to be a good alternative for this busy pharmacy. I can only imagine the seniors that need help and would rather have someone just answer when they call in. Please just answer your phones!
