I appreciate how CVS has on their shelf tags whether the item is payable on my OTC card
Also the cashier went over & above helping me locate an item that they did not have in stock

Extremely disappointed by the pharmacy and their handling of my medicine. The pharmacist was condescending and judgmental, it was a terrible experience. I am not sure if they are new but I have been using them for years and this was awful.

Manger at cvs pharmacy refused to serve me, refused to listen and more importantly refused to care. Highly discourage dealing with the manager.

I stopped in to get my passport picture and the young lady greeted me named Mary Beth. Probably one of the sweetest, kindness and most professional customer service person I've met in years.
I have not come in the CVS very often but with her here I will be back for sure.

Rosie is hott and after she got to know me has provided exceptional service. She is quick at processing and hasn't sent me to the curb while waiting for a prescription is filled if no one is in the carline waiting. Gooooo Rosie!!!

Compliments to pharmacy manager
Tchialann H Boss who urgently assisted me w gastritis over counter meds after urgent care negligence because I didn’t have an ID w me they had it alone in the computer I found out the next day lol oh well things happen pharmacist Boss saved me thru the night he greets us a smile in his voice n w a calming effects litterally takes out the time to give us what will help overnight has excellent customer services truly from Tampa much love to him

So I have two kids that sent into a prescription by their doctor
CVS filled one of those prescriptions on Wednesday last week.
And then told me that my other son’s prescription was on backorder.
So now I’m here on Monday morning, figuring out what’s going on with my other son’s prescription that was not filled.
Only to be told that it was sent by the unauthorized nurse practitioner, and they will not fill the prescription.
I got upset because this could’ve been corrected with a phone call last week on Wednesday or Thursday.
Yet no one told me about it until just now when I came in you’re asking myself.
The technician behind the counter had the audacity to tell me he would not fill the prescription Because I was upset.
CVS customer service failed here.
If I was not forced to come here by my insurance company, I would never step foot into CVS.
I called my son’s doctor and got the prescription correct it like that in a moment.
But CVS is still one of the worst places to come.
I loathe coming here and wouldn’t step foot in CVS if I had a choice.

We were treated royally at the CVS Pharmacy on Bloomingdale in Valrico. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech both worked to solve the issue with the prescription and we left being really thrilled with the prompt and professional service. They were attentive and greeted us immediately as did all the CVS employees that we saw. Definitely 5 stars for this store.

My husband and I were in CVS at 1010 E Bloomingdale’s for our flu and Covid-19 shots. The entire staff were friendly, helpful, supportive, patient and ready to help in any manner possible they can. I was very appreciative and very grateful for their support and assistance during this time. Thank you very much.

CVS Bloomingdale/Bell Shoals Rd. is the best. Love CVS associate, Mary Ann and the store manager! Mary Ann always greets the customer with a wonderful smile. The pharmacy staff is also wonderful.

Great customer service from cashier Christine. She was friendly and kept smiling through a very difficult customer ahead of me. When it was my turn she simply apologize for keeping me waiting as if it was her fault instead of blaming the customer. That is professionalism at its finest.
