Dollar General offers a convenient option for shoppers looking for necessities, like camping supplies. Customers appreciate the good prices and friendly employees, although experiences can vary. The store is often understaffed, leading to issues with cleanliness and organization, including cluttered aisles and piles of merchandise that need stocking. Some visitors have noted that employees may appear distracted or not attentive at times. A self-checkout lane has been introduced, which many find helpful. However, customers should be aware that the store was closed for remodeling from October 1st to approximately October 5th, 2023. While the location is convenient for frequent visits, many feel that an update to the store's layout or a remodel could improve the overall shopping experience.
Rude manager and employees. Ask for key to restroom told they were out of order. Need to call health department to let them know they said they have place to use restroom as employees.
July 2024
We got some necessities for camping on our way out of town, and they had what we needed.
We will stop here again, when in the area.
Side note, the drive way is not in front of the store, which is safer, but being a first time visitor, it took a second to figure out the way.
