I have been trying to get in touch with edible arrangements for over 3 weeks. I have tried calling and emailing every day. They delivered the wrong order, without a card, with fruit that was not fresh. I have never left a review in my life but this costumer service is outwardly preposterous. Do not give them your money.

It has been Day 2 and still no delivery or any communication from the store notifying me of the situation. I had to call twice and both times I've been assured that the delivery was going to take place. I finally requested a Cancel Order on their website. Let's see how long they take to give me back my money. Not good by any stretch.

I’m just trying to figure out how I place an order day before at 5:00pm & it’s yet to be delivered to my grandma. I’ve called no answer. Her birthday was yesterday & the location taken forever to have it delivered. You spend a lot of money to make sure somebody has something special on their birthday & they can’t even get the job done. So I’m taken a trip to the store to see what the issue is!Update! When I got there store was closed during their business hours. I called another location just to find out my order was transferred to a different store! Went to the store on big bend & same thing! Store was closed they were around back eating in there car while orders are needing to be mad. I asked for a refund I can’t get a refund I have to get a check mailed to me because the transfers between stores

LOVEEE THIS PLACE! Legit my favorite for personal and client gifts. Everything is always fresh and on time. They are really good about last minute orders and have wayyyyy more options than they did back in the day. This is my go to for all my gifts, im addicted!

Ordered on 2/2 for a Valentine’s Day delivery. Even though this store is out of my delivery area the web site only let me choose this store?Valentine’s Day comes and goes at 5:00 pm still no delivery. Call the store seems simple enough, Not. They have the worst and most annoying prompt system you will ever hear. Chalk in a blackboard sounds better. It takes 8+ minutes to get though the prompts only to be connected to what seems to be one unhappy employee?At 10:00 pm they try to deliver an underwhelming box that my wife refused. Try calling the store agonizing over the prompt again leave 3 messages for a call back and Nada, nothing. I see from the other negative posts I’m not alone.

SCAM ALERT⚠️Don't let them ruin your holiday or event.Edible Arrangements, takes your order (weeks in advance), then refuses to answer the phone and does not deliver the product after taking your money.I should have looked at all the negative reviews on here. Apparently, I'm not the only one.Very disappointing!

Should allow for ZERO STARS. Beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My online pre-order for Valentine's Day was placed in advance. At 4:55pm on Valentine's Day I received an email from the supposed Store Manager that due to a strawberry shortage my order would not be able to be completed. I would understand but I didn't order strawberries. Either this is poor management of this store or poor stock of inventory, either way Ezra offered me a re-delivery for Thursday and future store credit which I accepted. It's Friday and my Valentine still hasn't received anything from Edible Arrangements. I called customer service but it's just an endless loop to someone's voicemail. I tried using the automated system and it says my order was delivered but my Valentine is still without her gift. It was supposed to be our first memorable Valentine's Day but not for this reason. My family works for the news, so I'm disseminating this because Edible Arrangements says you can count on them for your holiday and celebrations but they obviously don't care! And the worst thing is that today it looks like Ezra cancelled my order? I contacted his manager to get this corrected but no one from Edible Arrangements has returned my calls. If you care about your loved ones and want to send them a gift I would absolutely AVOID EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! I have over a million Twitter and Instagram followers so I'll be posting this there too. I'm a call center Manager and I deal with customers and customer service on a daily basis. Edible Arrangements this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. O STARS!

I placed my order and was told it would be delivered today Wednesday 17th and it’s hasn’t and no one has contacted me as to what has happened.today at 9:18 am I reached out to the store and got the sweetest girl who refunded my money because this was a gift basket for a family member who is passing away and will no longer be with us in a day or two. The arrangement was delivered last night before 8 o’clock, which I had requested something special so that it would be delivered while they could enjoy it during the day might consider ordering from this location
