First time visiting the store. Both my wife and I did the feet evaluation and bought a pair of Brooks. The store employees were super friendly and very patient. We initially thought we would purchase Hookas but we both ended up with Brooks. Very satisfied with the experience. Will go back to purchase future shoes.

The customer service is very professional apart from the fact that they explain to you what the Scan of your feet and your footprint is like and they select the footwear that your feet need. The products are top of the line. Thanks to the staff who assisted us that day.

I was assisted by Jazelle and Beth on separate visits. All I can say is wow! I was fitted after computer assisted measurements. I have different size feet, so finding the right pair of shoes is difficult at times. A great selections of shoes to choose from. Kudo for a job well done!
