What a great experience buying shoes. I walked in with a list of shoes my doctor had recommended, and after the associate scanned my feet, she brought out several pair for me to try on and choose. Nice job!

I like the store well enough, but if they don't have my size, I have to order the item and pay shipping (unless it's over 100). If you have a coupon, you end up paying shipping if the total with the coupon is less than 100.There have been several times when they didn't have shoes or specific socks in my size and I either have to wait until I have 100 dollars worth of order or pay the shipping. They can't get it from another store or order to the store.I'm basically penalized for having wide feet because they don't carry lots of options. I understand how inventory works, but it's basically a penalty for having a wide foot, which is something that is out of my control.By the time I spend money ordering from their site, I may as well just order directly from the brand's site or Amazon. Because there's not really a benefit to me for buying from them.Occasionally they do have my size. Or they used to when they first took over FitNiche. It's been a total miss the last few times I went in there.Other running stores either order to the store or get the item from a sister store.The employees are always really nice and they do carry Junk headbands, Gus, Sport Beans, cute hats, and Goodr sunglasses.

I'm very upset with my experience! My dad has been buying shoes here for quite some time and took me in to buy some as a gift. They were very nice in the store and allowed me to order the color I wanted and shipped it to my house. I got notified before delivery that they had sent me the shoes in a men's size.When I called, they told me I could either pay for new shoes outright to get them faster and return the wrong shoes once I received them, or come in after I have received the shoes and exchange them for the right size. I decided I would wait for the shoes and come in and I asked if I would need my dad's card to order the new shoes, and they had told me no. Come to find out they only offer returns and no exchanges. I'm extremely upset with the way this was handled and the amount of misinformation from the employees, especially when you are paying $180 for shoes!

I always have a positive experience from the time I step foot into not only my local Fleet Feet store, but any location I’ve been in. It is truly a no judgement and knowledge based atmosphere with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Feet Fleet Valrico always has exceptional customer service from walking in to cashing out. Additionally, supporting the Wednesday Beer Run at Bull Frog is a plus as well.

I cannot remember his name, but he was awesome, super attentive and recommended the perfect sneakers along with the perfect inserts. I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name but he was Hispanic and liked to run in Davis island!

My daughter attended her high school team fitting event. The technology was cool and the recommendations for her arch/ankle specs were great! I've told all of my friend who spend more time in sneakers than any other shoe that they MUST check out Fleet Feet!

I was disappointed with my two visits to the store. I was looking for recommendations on a new pair of running shoes, especially regarding proper sizing. The sales associates are knowledgeable about the shoes (and let me try on several models) but appear disinterested in helping find the right match. Instead of being offered a size scan on Monday, I was instructed to check with my thumb while the sales associate walked away as I tried on the shoes. I left with more questions than answers, which is unlike experiences that I’ve had at other Fleet Feet locations.

My hair dresser told me about Fleet Feet after I was complaining about my feet hurting. I jog 3 miles a day, so when I went to the store, I discovered my shoes were too narrow. After getting new shoes for running, I haven't had any issues with my feet.

Fleet Feet was great when we needed to exchange a pair of shoes; there were no issues and they were kind and helpful just like the first two times we were there shopping. Also, they were nice on the phone. This seems to be missing from many places. Highly recommend.
