I actually sort of wish I could buy half the store for myself... and probably most of the other half for my husband. There is so much stuff to look at... I feel like I see something new (to me, at least) every time. They have useful things for not a whole lot of money... on top of tools and garage stuff, there's stuff for watch repair, jewelry making, gardening... multi-packs of CA glue. We are glad to have this store around the corner, it's nice to have am Amazon alternative for some things.

I drove over 3 hours to this store for a predator 420 engine from northern Florida due to online status, and verification was done upon trip for availability and unnecessary driving. The reason for this trip is due to harbor freight lack of stock in the WHOLE state, apparently. When I ask the store in Valrico Florida, Mr Brandon at front check out for availability answered NO. At this point, I asked if he was sure that online availability said he had this in stock and verified. He quickly responded to me that he was busy, and here's a number to call. I explained to Mr. Brandon that I'd already done this before coming all this way. I then reiterated to Mr. Brandon that I had already done this, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Mr. Brandon then insisted that he had a lot going on right now, and it would be a while before he could help. Keep in mind I was a customer standing in front of Mr Brandon. It was very obvious Mr Brandon was being indelent in this matter, I did explain to Mr Brandon that I would be doing a review of this location, and he simply shrugged his shoulders, and stated "that's fine". After exiting the building to staff members, they were outside the front of building smoking, and using obscenities, AKA "F word" every other word and couldn't wait to USAA paid him what ever that meant. This is just unacceptable at a business where little children and families are present. How sad is that.

The personal service we received by the young gentleman at the register was above any expectations. 6 ✨️ for him. Employee on the floor was rather underwhelming with priorities clearly stuck on young females. Inventory was picked over, unorganized. I never expected myself to utter these words - each location in CO must have spoiled me with clean and full shelves. Too bad.
