I have the opportunity of training twice a week with Connor at Heroes Fitness, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the first training session, it was evident that Connor has a profound knowledge of fitness, different techniques, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all regimen, he takes the time to understand my fitness goals and my concerns. His tailored approach not only makes each session challenging but also safe and effective. I’m seeing results not only in my fitness level, but also unexpected results in my day to day life. I can work in the yard without pain, and see great improvement in strength and mobility while performing daily tasks that used to cause discomfort. Connor’s positive attitude and encouragement are truly motivating, pushing me to surpass my own expectations. He also provides valuable weekly guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits through emails and social media, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness. Connor is a true mentor who will not only help you reach your fitness goals but also empower you to lead a healthier life. I truly enjoy working out at Heroes Fitness and definitely recommend Connor as a personal trainer.

I love the one on one training sessions! It allows for Connor to be attentive to my form and I can focus on my mind and body connection.Connor pushes me to do more than I think I can do but in a way that is safe and minimizes muscle pain and soreness.His approach is wholistic. He coaches me on the workout, nutrition, hydration, and sleep.My motivation ebbs and flows. Yesterday before my session I was tired but after Connor’s challenging and encouraging workout, I felt wonderful and energized!

I've become one of those people who loves going to the gym every day. Not solely because of the physical changes that I have seen, but because of how awesome my personal trainer has been. I've been training with Connor since early 2023 and just wow. Having the right personal trainer makes a huge difference! He is super supportive and is always there to keep pushing me towards my goals. I can wait to see what the rest 2024 holds for me.

I workout with Connor once a week and love it! All I have to do is show up and he already has a workout planned for me that only takes 30 minutes. He always pushes me to get that last rep in and I'm always feeling good after my workout. Definitely recommend if you need some motivation to push yourself and don't like crowded gyms

I’ve been training with Connor at Heroes Fitness for about seven months now and it’s been such a fantastic experience! Connor is really great at listening and understanding your desired focus areas as well as being considerate of any injuries or sensitive areas. I’m definitely seeing the results and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! I highly recommend trying out Heroes Fitness whether you’re a newbie to fitness or a regular gym attendee. You won’t regret it!

Connor is a true profesional at what he does. He is such a genuine trainer that wants nothing but to help you reach your goals. He is very patient and will find the best work out regime for you. On top of that, he has given me plentiful tips on dieting and how to excel in workouts.

I started training with Connor a year ago. Unlike other trainers I’ve hired, Connor’s methods emphasize gradual, consistent progress. I had one rule before starting: I didn’t want to hurt. Connor has dutifully kept that promise. Any soreness I experience lasts less than a day, a sign that the muscles have been worked but not overtaxed. His friendly, relaxed and warm personality make exercise something I now look forward to. My results have been so positive and life-changing that my wife now trains with him as well. I chose Heroes because it's clean and tidy, and nobody else is in there at the same time. I was rusty on machines and needed someone to show me what to do. Connor explains how the machine works or what muscles you're working on. He is down to earth but will push when you need it. I was motivated to keep going. After 10 sessions, I lost weight, but also gained muscle and built up my stamina. Thanks again Connor!!!
