I’ve been to this location many times and the first couple times it was under different ownership/managment and I didn’t like it but the man who manages it now is super nice and friendly and always shoots straight with me so I appreciate their service every time and I will continue to go back anytime I need their services.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

We had a battery replacement for our Lincoln. After we left the car stopped. Contacted Lincoln delearship and they told us whoever installed battery did it wrong. Contacted jiffy lube who transferred me to management and they refuse to contact me. What a terrible place with terrible service beware

Great, reliable and quick service! They did what we spoke about and agreed on having done. I got an oil change only that day. It was after 5pm on a weekday, and whole process was completed, correctly, in under 25 minutes. They made it a very comfortable, easy and most importantly a very transparent experience. I didn't leave feeling like I lost my shirt, and had been in a back and forth, drawn-out conversation where my wants and needs weren't even met. Upscale attempts, of course, it's part of the job, but I declined respectfully and we got on the same page and soon after oil change complete, and I'm off property heading home. I will say technicians aren't the ones you want to be going at agitated about pricing, and if you are like me and most people-your on a tight budget, do your homework and come prepared with the current top coupon for your desired service that you can find online, or even in your mailbox. Remember you do get what you pay for and reassurance on your car being maintained correctly is NEARLY priceless. Thanks guys, and until next time TAKE CARE!

Tate, the GM at the Bell Shoals location, is a champion of customer service. He listened to why I was there and then stayed involved throughout the oil change to make sure I got what I came in for. I was able to observe his interaction with staff and witnessed some excellent management skills. I'll be back for my regular oil changes as long as this is the type of service I receive.
