I am a tenant who rents a house from a landlord who hired this company as its representative. This company has the worst lease to the tenant, which could be best to the landlord. Every liability is on tenant side. And tenants are not allowed to break the lease. If so, the tenant will be held charge for the rent until the end of the lease. Definitely the worst company for the tenants. I would not rent any property lease by this company if I know this information. Hope it helps the tenants who interacts with this company in the future.

Love this place! We always have a positive experience dealing with Keller Williams. I wouldn't sell or buy a home with any other realty company.

Honestly, probably the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Good people who communicate frequently and respond very quickly to issues within the home. Our power was out when we moved in and they put us up in a hotel....

Dylan Lee was a wonderful agent! Everything was taken care of for me, and it made the process of selling a home easier. I highly recommend him and the team with Tony Baroni.

NOTE: This rating applies specifically to an agent with Keller Williams Suburban Tampa, located at 2350 E State Road 60, Valrico Florida. Not long ago this agent, who, like me, lives in Lakeland, Florida, but who has never even met me, lied to her Lakeland clients about me. I know because they told me. Maybe it was because a guy who works with her (who claims to also be a real estate agent but didn't even have a business card when I asked him for one) told her I had a cash offer ready to give directly to her clients, the property sellers. Did she think her commission was endangered? What she told her seller clients was I had threatened her co-worker. It was an outright blatant lie! Is integrity disappearing in the local real estate industry? So I did some research about this dishonest real estate salesperson. What I found out explained a lot. She had been arrested and jailed overnight for domestic violence battery. She was also arrested for failing to appear in a Polk County court. A federal tax lien in excess of $22,000 was levied against her, which appeared to be for multi-year tax evasion. Oh, there's more in her history that I believe defines her character, including Florida highway tolls evasion, and several other traffic violations including operating an unregistered vehicle. So, in case you or your family or friends want to work with a real estate salesperson with a criminal background, and who doesn't believe truth is all that important in her line of work, her name is Jennifer Esther Lay. She advertises herself as "Jen Lay", an agent with Keller Williams Suburban Tampa. Her direct number is (863) 370-1793. If you think I've misrepresented her personal history, feel free to call her and ask. Or feel free to pass this information along, because it may help someone else avoid defamation or other forms of unethical service.By the way, when I e-mailed her boss's boss, a licensed real estate broker, about his agent's having lied about me to her clients, he simply shrugged it off with "British doublespeak" in his e-mail response to me. Ethics may be getting harder to come by in Keller Williams real estate circles, huh?!

Keller Williams as a whole is great, always talked to very kind people. That's why it's hard to believe they allow someone like Robert Perez to carry their name. I get that you don't really want to help or spend time on renters since you most likely make your money selling houses. I get that and completely understand. Then don't take on people who are looking to rent. It's pretty simple. You wasted 3 weeks not returning calls or texts and 4 days before having to be out of their house, you call and tell her she's not approved and hang up. Being approved or not approved is not on you but you were told that time was important and instead of just saying you didn't have time you decided to string her along, waiting until the last minute putting her in a desperation position. She could have been looking elsewhere the whole time you wasted. You obviously could care less, but thought you and others should know a mom and her daughter are homeless right now. You may not be responsible, but you sure didn't help and wasting 3 weeks of her time is simply terrible, on a professional level but even more, on a basic humanity level. Makes sense why you prefer not to meet in person as she tried to do with you, easier not to care when you don't have to look at the person. You probably never even talked to the homeowner but hope they know they lost a perfect renter who they would have loved. You could have made a huge impact on another's life but decided to blow her off and show the kind of person you are. Keller Williams is better than that and deserves better than you

6/17/2021 Craig Kellner and his Assistant Chelsea Troche provided excellent service from the beginning of the process through the end. We highly recommend Craig's team without any reservations. Our experience began with Craig talking through the home selling process as well as the current realities of the Valrico market. Most important to us, Matt was always honest with us about what he thought about our property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Craig answered out texts and phone calls always within 5-10 minutes.Craig proposed an efficient sale process, arranged photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. The sale went very well-he brought in 29 offers, many above asking price. An offer was excepted within in 3 days. Closing was very smooth, in less than 30 days.In the future, if we ever decide to move, we will definitely use Craig again to both sell our home and find a new one.Craig and Chelsea are an awesome team!

Our realtor Elena Ciocanu was very helpful, friendly and professional. We moved from another State to Florida and because we weren't familiar with the Tampa area, Elena helped us to rent a nice apartment in a nice location for a really decent price. If you are planning to rent or buy a property contact Elena, she is the best.
