I have been training with Chris for over 15 years, he is by far the best trainer in this area. His unique way of training makes his sessions challenging but they are fun and worthwhile.

%100 recommend coming here. Always encouraging and knows how to motivate everyone at all levels. He not only trains me but my clients with disabilities and can modify any type of workout for you to benefit in the best way possible. Love that he gets to know everyone on a personal level to figure out the best way to help them grow and gain the knowledge to better themselves.

The best workout you’ll find in the whole U.S.! Chris was able to correctly diagnose my shoulder injury when 4 doctors and many physical therapy visits later produced no result. He never stops learning, helps in all aspects of fitness and has uncanny ability to make you laugh and cry during a workout. 10+ years strong and no workout comes close to his.

I’ve been training with Chris for almost 10 years and his classes continue to challenge me and I never feel like I’m repeating the same work out bc he is always changing things up. He is a great trainer and pushes me to do the workout even when I don’t want to! Plus he has the most AMAZING dog! ?

Best place to get trained in the Brandon/Riverview area! Go check Mentors out, you won’t be disappointed! Great trainer who pushes you to be more confident, healthier and definitely gets you out of your comfort zone! Great boot camps on Saturday, one on one and classes during the week!

The classes and training with Chris absolutely changed my life!! I started training after gaining nearly 70 pounds during my pregnancy. Within half a year I was down to my normal weight. I could NEVER have done it without his help. Thank you!!!

Not at all what you would expect. You should treat people with a little more respect.
