5 Stars! UMF Team was excellent to work with. They were helpful working thru the lending process, knowledgeable, and very responsive. We decided to switch lenders and go with UMF because their rate was the lowest we found among ~20+ lenders and 1% lower than USAA. No fees like the other lenders (your rates may vary depending on credit/other factors). Patrick and Briana were awesome. We were able to speak with them very quickly during business hours without waiting for hours or days for callbacks like we did with other lender. Smaller company with way less overhead and marketing cost to cover. The other lenders charge higher rates to cover those costs and every single lender sells the loan immediately so there’s no reason to pay a bigger company higher fees and more interest on your loan. Don’t waste time with other lenders, call Patrick and Briana UMF team and get your loan moving quickly!”
