Was taking my dogs here for years, with out any issues ever. dropped my one off to get a bath and brush and they called me two hours later claiming they were able to give him a bath bc he had matting in areas. He’s a NEWFOUNDLAND he always has some sort of matted hair. He’s got long hair. So instead of just giving him a bath and brush they refused, and did nothing. I will never be taking my pets here again was a complete waste of my time and my dogs time. I don’t think it needs to be that in depth to give a dog a bath. incredibly disappointed. We will never be returning and I have contacted corporate with how disappointing this store made this process

Absolutely unacceptable. They said it was a corporate issue, and more than likely most of the fish were dead anyway. Who is running this place???

I take my Morkie Gizmo once a month to get groomed and always use Lorena. She is so amazing with him. He can be a little feisty and she always knows how to handle him and does such an amazing job grooming him. She is very patient. I highly recommend her.

Ive bought that dog cone collar for almost $30. Mounting connections didn’t live over two days. $30 waste of money

I got my dog after booking a full hair cut, and he still had hair hanging over his eye. When we got home my husband had to trim him up himself!

Lorena is the best. My Lucy loves her. All the staff are kind and professional. It's a safe place to leave your pet.
