This pharmacy is the WORST. I’m in SO MUCH PAIN, but it’s been over an hour for my medication. The DENTIST was faster than THIS PHARMACY. I will NEVER fill my medication here ever again… if I make it out of here alive.

Worst publix ive ever been too !!! Didn't have anything I wanted and food was straight cold!!! Watermelon was white and dried up !! There's 5 employees in the deli and 2 running sand which station and I was 2nd in line and no one greeted me or told me they would be with me in a minute ! I waited and waited and was being ignored ! all I wanted was boars head pickles and they acted like they never heard of it in their life ! So annoyed I wasted my money on shot I couldn't even eat !

Without a doubt the most unprofessional Pharmacy team I have ever dealt with. They change the date and times of when you can pick up your medication nearly every month even within a day after speaking to them. I had a pharmacist laugh at me over the phone today for trying to ask questions over why they cannot do their job and fill my medication on the refill date. If you want a staff who does not act like they are doing you a service by filling your medications on time I would look else where.

Very nice professional staff. It's amazing how they take their time to help you when you can easily see they are slammed busy. They even offer flu and shingles shots. Prices are very reasonable.

Placed online sandwich orders at this location on two separate occasions and they've been wrong both times. The special instructions were correctly annotated on the tickets attached to the sandwiches but not adhered to. Publix is a great store but we won't be making any future deli orders at this location. Attention to detail has been overlooked too many times.

Listen here, you need to give your young and inconsiderate employees better instructions on how to make customers feel safe from COVID-19. Now every store in the country try has made various accommodations to keep people 6 feet apart, including your store. While I am thankful for the efforts thus far, they tend to be done in vain if your employees decide to just zip right in front of you without giving you a chance to get out of the way, or perhaps yielding the right a way to the customer. I and neither do anyone else want to come within 6 feet of these people. I will be shopping with a body style camera from here on out and if something happens to me, you can expect a lawsuit of sorts.

Y’all, I love publix so much. I had a bunch of large blocks of styrofoam that I was hoping to recycle. I called Publix and talk to Joseph the customer service assistant manager. He met me in the back of the store and take the Styrofoam for me. Just another example of how far Publix will go for their customers!

During these trying times and lots of empty shelves several employees helped me and walked me to different locations in the store to try to find alternatives to what I was looking for and were so pleasant and friendly.

This is my neighborhood Publix; the one that I visit the most often, and which I love. I have no complaints at all about the service, the quality, or the people that work here. I've always had friendly and efficient service at the registers, at the deli counter, at the bakery, etc. The only reason I am giving this location three stars is because, during my most recent visit, I discovered that they have now installed self-checkout lanes. I am VERY disappointed. What makes Publix Publix is their friendly employees, and the way (I have always heard) they care about their employees. And yet, it seems, they are jumping on the self-checkout bandwagon that Walmart (in which I refuse to shop) instituted years ago. Self-checkout lanes kill jobs, and take away the friendly face-to-face service that Publix customers know and love. Come on, Publix. Care about your employees and their jobs more than the bottom line. There are enough machines. Bring back the people! You're better than this!
