Well usually I love Publix but this time not so much I called to order some wings after 3 times calling and being hung up on in the hot meals part I finally got through and then the girl told me she was busy and called back in a hour which I thought was rude finally got the front desk and they took my order

The worst and dishonest workers.
Went in today. I had 1 item that didn’t scan. The manager that was standing there was asked to check it said. I’m on break and walked away. He didn’t even try to call anyone to check. Then he said it was more than the price I saw. Another lady comes and says it’s another price. I said no I saw a different tag and price. She weren’t and took of sale tag and left regular tag. She was a liar. I don’t trust this store at all now with lying managers. I am not going to shop here often now that I know they lie and cheat customers here. Be ware of Publix everywhere.

I just got a sub from here and I get home and Kaylee made it wrong. I had told her Black forest ham and she also asked again what ham it was and I told her Black Forest ham and somehow she still managed to put honey ham on my sub. For how much y'all charge for these subs you should make sure your workers make them the right way.

The store is always so clean as most of them are but the employees are always willing to help and the pharmacy is great too. How they take the time to help you and make sure you get what you need as quickly as possible. I wouldn't change them for any other.

My daughter and I came into this Publix on Memorial Day to get a birthday cake for my mom. It was a last minute type of thing. When I saw the cakes available, I realized they were frozen. I saw a clerk behind the deli counter and I asked her how long it would take to thaw. She said it would take 4 - 5 hours. She then read the panicked expression on my face and offered to decorate one of the plain cakes she was preparing to decorate. She took the time to solve my problem with a great disposition. It turns out Cassy is the assistant deli manager. I was just so impressed by her actions that I wanted to take a moment to write her a positive review from an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you, Cassy!
