I always go to this location on Saturdays whenever I have lab orders. I like the convenience of this location. The staff are friendly & nice. I forgot my order onetime and the phlebotomist told me to get it from home & come back. Very nice of her! I feel so bad I can't remember her name.

I appreciated that the phlebotomist Tiffany who assisted me was very patient, and made sure she only had to stick me once with my moving veins. I'm usually a pin cushion and that day, I wasn't.

I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped us today. She was in room 6. Came in with my daughter who has autism and has fainted before for bloodwork. She was very professional and kind. She brought my daughter to a reclining chair and asked another woman (Whitney, i think it said on the door) to talk to her. By the time they were done my daughter said it hurt worse to have a finger prick. She was absolutely fine. This honestly couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you ladies for your kindness today. There was a lot of anxiety going into this and you all made it much easier. Thank you.

I made my appointment online and when I got there, I checked in through my phone 15 minutes later they called me back did my procedure and I was back home within an hour of my appointment. My quest experience was awesome.
