Mary was a great person to deal with. It was corporate who continued to raise our rate every several months. Started at $42 a month and just received our next increase is to $95 within two years. Mary helped me out as much as possible but corporate got too greedy.

Mary was very helpful and understanding. The evening before I couldn't complete my reservation payment online because technology doesn't work sometimes....so I stopped by after work and she got me set up quickly and painlessly.
