Mary was a great person to deal with. It was corporate who continued to raise our rate every several months. Started at $42 a month and just received our next increase is to $95 within two years. Mary helped me out as much as possible but corporate got too greedy.

Mary was very helpful and understanding. The evening before I couldn't complete my reservation payment online because technology doesn't work sometimes....so I stopped by after work and she got me set up quickly and painlessly.

Mary is above and beyond all others when it comes to straight forward, courteous customer service! She answered all questions clearly and was personable and 100% present in conversation. I have had this storage unit for about six years, and I haven't had any problems. However, the price of the unit keeps increasing. While I understand that price hikes are normal, the recent increase was quite substantial. When I called to inquire about my current rate, I spoke with a woman named Mary who was exceptionally kind and helpful. After our conversation, I felt more reassured and decided to continue renting the unit. Thank you!

I highly recommend this location. The property manager, Mary, is the absolute best! She went above and beyond the call of duty. She is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. She assisted me with an issue that I am most grateful for and I cannot thank her enough.

Checked in this afternoon and going through a lot in my personal family life that I needed the safety of sole access point for my valuables.
Mary was sooo helpful and kind. We had a great talk about life, the world we live in and family it was very refreshing to talk with someone genuinely friendly and personable. Yall should give her a raise, or reduce her rent with yall even, please and thank you :)

Well everything went pretty good once I got to the right place it was a little mishap with lining me up with which one I wanted which is okay I mean it's not too far out of my way but once I figured out where I was going with it everything is good everything was set and ready got everything in there got in the gate got out the gate locked everything away while I was there and I had no problems everything's excellent....
I'm sorry I forgot to mention Mary she's been outstanding very intuitive diligent at her job checked on me several times....
