We would like to invite Kaitlyn Wetsch back to the center to once again discuss her working relationship with us, and why we made the decision to terminate her from our center. If any part of that decision was not clear, we will be happy to discuss it with you!! Disgruntled employees who are asked to leave, often become revengeful through Google reviews months down the line after other centers have called for references. We are very transparent; we have nothing to hide and prefer to answer your concerns in a professional manner and not through a Google review. You are welcome to call the school and schedule an appointment with the management at any time.

I had a terrible working experience here. The front desk ladies are very unprofessional. They do not know how to run a daycare what so ever. 50% of the teachers here don’t know what they are doing. The owner doesn’t pay attention to concerns that she was informed of. They took advantage of me 100%. Not a place to send your little one. Also had me in the infant room at an illegal ago. I just turned 17 and you have to be 18 to legally be in the baby room. Then lastly I got laid off because “they didn’t need me anymore” when they were needing people. Which was five days before I turned 18!!

The teachers are Amazing and very patient. Mrs. Karla VPK hands down is so wonderful she has taught my daughter so much this year and pushes her to do her best and is very patient. Ashley also so great my son is in love with her. The staff is great compassionate and the kids really like all of them. If I have any questions I always get a quick response and for the most part we have loved our experience.

We love Peacocks Plume!! Our daughter has been going here for a year and a half and it’s been nothing but amazing!! They are very attentive and responsive if I ever have any questions. Our daughter is always super excited to be dropped off in the mornings and always seems to have had the best day ever. The girls upFront are the sweetest. We definitely made the right choice by sending her here.

So my daughter started when she was only 2-3 months old. Unfortunately I had to remove her due to medical complications. She has extensive medical history that requires special care in circumstances that she gets really sick. She also has to take daily meds so that being said as a parent with a baby that had this much going on early on, they took amazing care of my baby girl in her early stages of life so I can work. Now she’s 18 months old, and I brought her back. They keep me informed on everything, make suggestions for when she’s taking her medications and she’s always so excited when she sees the building. I get quick responses when I ask a question on the app and the process of enrollment and while she’s in their care. I would 100% Recommend. I’m also expecting and enrolling my new born as well.

A year ago I checked out so many daycares and when I came across The Peacock’s Plume I fell in love! I love the curriculum they follow, & the teachers and staff are all amazing and have so much patience. My son has excelled in counting, colors and every time they send me a picture he is always smiling. I’m so glad I found this daycare!

Peacock Plume has been great! My little is 14months and has really opened up since starting at the center. Visited quite a few centers before making a final decision and I am very satisfied with the teachers, cleanliness, and welcoming environment.

It's a great daycare and the kids love going there in the mornings. The teachers care about the children and their development. It's wonderful to see how the teachers get excited when the kids learn something new. I believe the price is a little bit more expensive than other places in the area, but fair for the great service.

Best Daycare around! The employees are amazing, very friendly and responsive to any questions. My son loves it there, he is obsessed with his teachers because they are loving and attentive. Also a big plus is the affordability.

My family and I are extremely satisfied with our decision to join The peacock plume family. My son loves the staff and I have seen growth in my son socially and academically since enrolling. I highly recommend this place to those that may not be sure.

My 2 year old has been going here for about 6 months and she really enjoys it. She comes home singing songs learned at daycare and I love it. The staff all seem very nice and attentive to the kids.

I had the worst experience at this job the owner is rude she always have a negative attitude we try to tell her things that wrong with daycare and she just ignores it. they playgrounds is just unsafe for the kids everything is loose and shaking on the slide, she doesn’t have a play Area for the younger kids so the staff has the climb up this big slide to get the little kids down and still look after the kids that’s not of the slide so basically you leave and the kids unattended and safe and we trying asking for help so we don’t leave any kids the not on the slide unattended but no comes in help. when the kids come down from the slide they all are out of breath hot and about to pass out. The daycare is always out a ratio every time the staff tell her about the ratio she does nothing about it don’t have enough staff the owner refuses to hire any more staff but still take on more kids, asFar as the kids thats out of ratio they have to sit in the front office until some of the kids leave and that’s taking away from there learning time. Great staff but so unprofessional.

Signed my daughter up for daycare here after being desperate for care - my new job was starting and I couldn't find availability in the area. I called this location and was told there was availability. I didn't want to risk losing the spot so I told the director I would like to tour and put a deposit down. I couldn't find any reviews online or on FB so I asked a local community page for reviews. Three prev employees direct messaged me and shared why they didn't believe I should trust the peacocks plume for care. I was shocked when one told me 'the teachers know where the blind spots are for cameras' and shared a couple incidents where children have been left outside accidentally, there have been physical altercations, and more. There were also 2 parents I spoke with. Apparently, even in the Florida heat - kids don't get offered water through out the day? That's just crazy. When I called peacocks plume to rescind my application due to neg reviews I've seen, she didn't seem to mind. Just to hold a spot you have to pay 150$ - no refunds. Stealing money for no service?now, all of a sudden there are no neg reviews. Shady shady shady.
