“If I could give them 6/5 stars I would, everyone here is genuine and honest. My transmission on my tundra had been having a hard time accelerating because the transmission was slipping, the quote was 2500 for a full rebuild with a rebuilt torque converter which is cheaper then anywhere else I found by almost 1,000 dollars. They had it done in under a week. Upon picking up my truck I found that they had fixed my broken seat belt without me mentioning anything to them about it. My tundra drives like it’s brand new and I can’t express how thankful I am for bohannons transmission shop!”

“I have been coming to Bennett's Auto Care for several years and I have always been very happy with the work that was performed! I reached out and spoke to Scott, after a hot grueling weekend with no A/C in the vehicle, hoping to get on their schedule so the issue could be repaired. Scott mentioned they were extremely busy but they would do their best to diagnose the issue so we could try and get it repaired before an upcoming trip. I was extremely pleased when I got the message that the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up the same day in which I dropped it off. My car broke down driving from South Florida to Tampa and I took it to a few other dealerships and they said it was going to take thousands of dollars in a couple days to fix. Huff saw me as they were closing and knocked out at 8 AM the next morning and it was only $180. I would highly recommend these guys!”

“I’ve been going to bills for years, my very first experience made me loyal and I’ve sent dozens of friends and family that way in the last 20 years.But recently I called to have some issues addressed on my truck, and not only was Terry a little short with me, she also informed me that the shop was backed up 3 weeks.I know several years ago they started taking on RVs and bigger vehicles, and I was reasonably disappointed I wasn’t able give them a shot with my current vehicle. But I just couldn’t be without my vehicle for several weeks.”
“First off I know people tend to read the first line of reviews, so very happy with Five Star!. We took our 04 Explorer there because I was getting a flashing "OD Off" light, which is indicative of a transmission issue. I also read a PCM code that indicated a shift servo fault. They checked the servos and they were working so the initial thought was perhaps a transmission fluid change may solve the problem, then they dropped the pan. Inside was metallic debris indicating a more serious problem and they recommended transmission swap. This was performed and the vehicle is working great again. The nice thing was they did not go right to transmission change without considering other, less-expensive options first. Obviously once the debris was found they did not proceed with a fluid swap; they did the transmission swap. Very pleased with their approach to the issue and the resolution.
