I did contactless pickup and delivery, since my pickup and drop off time, were both after business hours. Was so easy and efficient with the Uhaul app! Had a wonderful experience!

A great experience at the Woodshed U-Haul. Great service, pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and the truck was clean, drove well and the process was easy and transparent.

Very pleased with the service and availability at this location. Kelly was extremely helpful and I was surprised by the selection and quantity of trucks and trailers - at least twice the selection as the main Brandon location.
I highly recommend this this U-Haul location!

I've been renting from these folks for a couple of years and couldn't be more impressed with their service. Kellie is not only professional but always brightens my day. The equipment is always clean, ready to go and dependable. The staff are friendly, helpful and their little office is adorable!! I would definitely recommend them to others and will continue to call them first for my own rental needs!

This location double charged me when the trailer was turn in yesterday for a 1 day use. Although, the shop give me a verbal to reverse the charge, customers should make sure to check their receipts and call immediately if there are discrepancies with billing. Not a good look for vendors who are representing the Uhaul brand.

These folks are friendly, attentive, helpful and extremely professional! Everything I would expect from a U-Haul facility and then some! Loved Kelly! Great experience! Had a much different experience at another dealer 6 weeks ago!
