I do a lot of business at the UPS store. Today I go in and make 150 copies of documents. The cost is 13 cents a page. She rings me up and the grand total is $79. They raised their prices from 13 cents a page to 49 cents a page one week ago. There is nothing posted about the increase in price, nor did the employee say anything about it before I started making my copies. Over a 300% increase in the prices! Really?! I will not be giving them my business anymore. I hope that last $79 was worth it to lose a customer.

Usually you ship my items quickly and arrive quickly and in great shape. I’m trying to find out how to check whether or not the parcel arrived or not. The tracking number is not helpful

Very rude girl I delt with last week. I'll never use this location again. She was more concerned about eating than helping. She has been rude everytime I've been at the Lithia Pinecrest location. At least the male worker I had an encounter with was friendly the second time I had him wait on me. Customer Service has hit an All time Low. I guess I'll just use the UPS store at Fish Hawke from now on.

Very difficult experience with the location. I shipped a package and paid extra to have it shipped next day. Mind you I was there before the doors opened Thursday at 8:00am. They told me it would go out that day but couldn’t guarantee that it would get there overnight based on events that can occur once it leaves the store. The package arrived 4 days later. Not because of what happened after it left the store, but because it left the store a day later. I called Corporate and gave them my tracking number and they stated the system showed the package didn’t leave the store until Friday at 6:00pm. Mind you I paid a lot of money for overnight. The manager Dusty stated that the information corporate gave me incorrect. Lies. And it doesn’t end there. An item was missing from the package they boxed for me. I remember clearly that the item was in there because I asked the girl at the counter how should we store it!! I ended up being reimbursed months later for the item. After countless phone calls and emails. That’s the only reason they got two stars instead of one. Horrible experience. Never pay for air overnight shipping. It will not get there.

Shame on me for not getting the two clerks' names who assisted me this afternoon. I was having a "meh" Friday the 13th, tired of arguing with people, tired of advocating, HAD to drive over to fax something, and these two were so charming, so kind, they were a definite pick-me-up. I appreciated their energy, thank you! If I were a manager, these are the kinds of employees I'd like to have! When I stepped aside to wait for my confirmation sheet, they knew the gentleman next to me's box number, grabbed his package. Another regular exited and called out, "See you next week!" "Can't wait!" was the cheerful reply. So cute. Love their energy.

This store by far is truly the best. They have the friendliest employees. They really seem to care about the community and treat everyone as if they have known them for years. I have personally seen each one of them verbally attack by customers that just want to take out their bad day on them but they are like a Team of Superheroes they just deflect the negativity and turn it in to a positive experience. You can't help but to leave that place with a smile on your face. Dusty,Jax, Mickey & Courtney are amazing people and truly represent UPS and very well. This young group of people really understand what customer service is all about..

The ups facility is great. However the employees there are not professional. One girl has a dog laying in a dog bed on the counter. She interacts with the dog more than the people. Today the girl working with purple hair has her kid behind the counter. The child is just saying mommy 100 times and shes to involved with entertaining her than the 15 people in line. The kid has no socks or shoes and is also running around the store. Where is corporate or management???

Do NOT recommend! I sent a package through this store only for UPS to lose the package. It was a good thing I had insurance on the package. But the problem came in when UPS customer service told me they paid out the claim to the store. So the store has to send me a check but unfortunately the store is giving me the runaround and Jan will be 3 months. I would recommend not shipping any packages through this UPS location.

If Blue or Amber is working when you go here, you're in for a treat as those two are really sweet and efficient. I went in to a very long line, but not only did I not wait long, I went out smiling. Those two deserve a raise.?

Went to store for services kn yesterday. The car had a dog on the counter laying in a dog bed.i am allergy to cats and dogs..you definitely should not have any type of animals laying around unless it's posted before customers to see before entering..I am going to be contacting manager today. Also s I some people are afraid of animals

I am a business owner. I love this store!!!! Mainly because of Blue!!!!! She is attentive,knowledgeable,helpful,respectful, and I could go on AND on!!!! If there is a line!! I don't have to worry if Blue is there!!!!! Absolutely a pleasure every time I visit this store!!!! If given the opportunity to hire Blue!!!! I would do it in a second!!! Thank you Blue for all you do!!!!! You ARE APPRECIATED!!

For the past 5yrs I’ve been going to this UPS location, and I’ve been dealing with Dusty. He is such a sweetheart. He goes above and beyond to help. The customer service here is always on point. My new favorite person is Jax.
