The guy with the tattoos on his arm and glasses i really apologize I forgot your name but he is great, needed a new phone and he helped me out with everything I needed and got me out the door within a hour, he set everything up for me and did the screen protector perfectly, much appreciated and great store

Had a great experience at this Verizon location. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We walked out with 3 phones, a tablet, a watch and a router. Verizon had some good deals going on.

The best experience we’ve ever had at a Verizon store….because of Marissa!! She is wonderful and running the store all by herself!! She is manager material!! Greeted us upon arrival, and helped us with everything!! She deserves a hefty promotion!!

Victor and Marissa are AWESOME
Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Also very hospitable, I had my 3 year old son with me, he was a tornado and very distracting while I was purchasing my new phone. Marissa and victor provided entertainment, markers and paper, and all around great hospitality for him and myself.
