Sheila ripped my grandparents off! I work for Verizon in another location, I took a look at their receipt, and they paid $700 FOR TWO PHONES! TWO! Charged them for cleaning their screens, charged them multiple times for the same items which is on the receipt and I know how Verizon works. Take this from me if you’re reading this, do NOT go to this location. And if you do, ask to look at the itemized bill BEFORE you pay. Ask questions. Be AWARE! This store is a scam. Especially if you are one of the older folks, these sales people will RIP YOU OFF! Never use this store. Charged for literally nothing! Charged for taking the sales reps time!

Please please please do your self a favor and do not go to this store! Only go to the corporate store on Causeway. I upgraded 5 lines to to iphone 14 pro maxs based on the promotions an employee "Ed" promissed. I'm getting less then half the amount for 4 of the five phones in promotional credit from corporate and no credit for 1 line as they are saying it wasn't even put into their inventory because he stole it!!! I've reached out to corporate over 5 times and opened issue tickets without any resolution. I went into the store and one of the current employees turned to the manager and said "oh gosh another Ed issue" and told me he was no longer with the company. This doesn't help me put HUNDREDS of dollars back in my pocket!! Based on what I'm seeing this is a known issue but no one has yet offered to make it right!!Verizon customer for 10years with 8 lines on the plan... Thinking of switching because of this!!!

Beware if you’re doing a store pick up. Drove 30 minutes after placing my order on the app that reflected the phone in stock, only to be told the phone was “promised to another customer”. Not ordered, but “promised” whatever that means. Never again.

Went here months ago to trade in phones and start service with Verizon. Planned to be paying about 40 dollars less than I pay every month. Found out my trade in values promised to me were submitted completely different than told to us by the man who helped us. I’ve contacted Verizon many times, on the phone directly, through support, I am not sure what to even do anymore. I’ve been paying more than I was expecting for months now and have no idea who to even reach out to anymore. My bill was fixed, for two months… then the credit was removed again. Just don’t go here. Planning to leave Verizon as soon as I can.You completely scammed me and are no help.

WE CAUGHT THEM IN FRAUD.I will not be returning to the authorized retailer location and would advise you to do the same.We placed a 5G home internet order with Verizon Corporate over the phone (which was a great experience) and scheduled pickup at this authorized retailer store. We walked in only to pick up a device. After a LONG wait we left with the device and it wasn’t until we got home that we realized what the store had done. The store created a second order to get credit for the sale. They did this by creating an additional new line on our account without our knowledge (separate from what Verizon Corp had set up the night before). It’s taken literal hours on the phone with Verizon Corporate to fix the fraudulent actions of this authorized retailer. As a result of what the retailer did, we can’t use the new service until corporate unscrambles the mess caused by the retailer.Please people, do not trust this location…not even for order pickup. My advice is to find a corporate store rather than an authorized retailer for anything you need from Verizon.An update: I spoke with the team at the location including who we met with initially and the district manager.They claimed that the creation of the second order was the result of an issue with picking the first order, which has apparently been a recent issue for them. They explained that they felt the fastest and easiest way to get us what we needed was to cancel the original order and create a new one. However, from a customers perspective, receiving an invoice, additional line and new projected monthly bill with $100+ increase without an explanation was more than concerning. I realize now that the rep said she needed to rescan the product and it magically worked with the second attempt….without telling us that the reason it worked was that it was on a new order.Needless to say we do not plan utilize additional service with Victra involved. After a day of thinking about my second interaction with the team at this location, I feel I was manipulated into feeling sorry for being upset that I was lied to.
