Me and my friend walked in with our phones both water damaged from a water park catastrophe. We were immediately met with friendly staff and were situated with an employee named Kevin. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful with both prices and phone service, but he had a great sense of humor and made the time fly by and got us both new phones at great prices. He encouraged my friend to follow her calling as a scammer online named Mohammad Abdul, and was able to answer all questions we had…. except for one: Which one of you fools sent me le buddha?
All in all, 10/10, wonderful experience and fantastic service. Quick, helpful, and easy!

I came in to trade in my phone and get a new line for myself and my children but due to low credit and other issues it wasn’t a simple trade in. Shout out to Patrick and Joe (business end) for helping me and my family get new lines and phones. They literally jumped through hoops to help me and I’m forever grateful. They took care of me from 10am until almost 6 without even taking their breaks. Very happy with their professionalism and service. Highly recommend this store and will have my friends and family come see them as well. Amazing service is hard to get these days, they deserve a promotion.

UPDATED - Now MONTHS Later...spoke to manager who promised to help, nothing. No call backs, no emails that they promised to send, no help and no fixes. Nothing.
Been calling for weeks with promises of calls back, but none. Traded in 2 phones with promise of credits to br applied. Called main Verizon call center and promos were all incorrectly applied leaving me with 450$ month bills for 3 phone lines. Getting help is impossible.

Horrible experience, it’s 1320 and the store was almost empty. Went in to ask about getting an Iwatch for my son and they couldn’t have cared less and made me feel very unwelcome. Won’t be coming back here again.

Maria helped us buy our phones a few weeks ago. She did an amazing job and we really appreciated her . We are senior citizens so she texted or called us for about 2 weeks helping us get everything set up and changed over. She went above and beyond Thanks so much for an amazing experience❤️

Gabriel was excellent! He helped me navigate new phone choices for my upgrade and new plans for an upcoming international trip. He was thorough, professional, and kind. He worked with my schedule, setting up remote appointments and as well as in-store appointments. In the end I am extremely satisfied with my new phone, tablet, plans, and his service. Came in to get my phone looked at and was greeted at the door by carlos. Looked at my phone and also looked at my account. Was able to get a new phone and tablet. He was albe to keep my bill the same! Carlos was super knowledgeable and gotme out in a timely manner. Will definitely be back to see him.
