All the staff are nice and pharmacists go extra length to help. Antinio helped me transfer my prescription from other pharmacy to the Walgreens and made available in 5 minutes.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Walgreens for its convenience, but I’m honestly frustrated with the service from Kayla at the pharmacy. Every time I visit or call, her attitude is consistently awful. She’s rude, unhelpful, and seems to actively avoid doing her job.
On my most recent call, I was placed on hold multiple times without explanation, only to finally speak with Kayla, who refused to assist me with basic requests like providing my insurance info and finding out my out-of-pocket costs. She basically told me to use the app instead, and when I pushed for more help, she flat out refused and said, “Nope, not right now.”
I’ve seen plenty of other reviews with similar complaints about her poor attitude, so it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. She interrupts, doesn’t listen, and just seems uninterested in helping anyone. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this has been consistent behavior from her, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I have made a written formal complaint and hope that Walgreens will review and address these concerns. If I could leave negative stars I would. Shame on you Walgreens for not listening to your customers and allowing your staff to abuse and dismiss your paying customers.

Kayla, an employee at the pharmacy, consistently exhibits a rude and unprofessional attitude. Her demeanor is not only unhelpful but also makes the experience of visiting the pharmacy uncomfortable. While I initially assumed she might have been having a bad day, her behavior on multiple occasions suggests otherwise. It’s concerning that someone in a customer-facing role, where assisting others is a key responsibility, seems so unwilling to do so. She is clearly miserable.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for the past 3 years that I’ve lived in the area. The staff is amazing. They always greet me with a warm welcome, and I’ve even developed friendships with some. The sense of community this location provides is the reason I go. This morning, there was an issue with their system. The staff was extremely apologetic and empathetic about my being “inconvenienced”. I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all because the staff is so caring. Kindness goes so far and this location takes it the extra mile every time.

I am 6 months pregnant and just opened a sales business down the street . Every single week I come in, use the atm to get spit money for my agents, buy some items and the cashiers will break the twenties for me . Today the cashier told me she wouldn’t break anything unless I paid cash. So I said fine I’ll pay cash if u can break some of these and I’ll just take out more (even though its never mattered in the past but ok) she then proceeded to take the cash for the items and refused to break anything for me , messing up my whole system and lying for no reason! Just making my life harder . Now I had to take out more cash and go additional places . Next time just say no. I’d also like to add I do this every single week and never have an issue. She also lied and said the cashiers who Do this for me should be fired ? meanwhile this Walgreens typically has a line out the door just to pay for something . Do better

I tolerate the rudeness that just seems to come with the walgreens brand pharmacy SOP. The ONLY reason I continue to come is because of the intelligence, kindness, knowledge, patience, and efficiency of the head pharmacist Antonio and his tech whose name escapes me at the moment but he's the only male latin tech there so if walgreens executives review this and that 3.0 star google review needs to start to be taken more serious. Firing of personnel should be given back to Walgreen's Pharmacy Managers. And the two employees I named should be given more compensation for excellent customer service and proper procedure or for the simple fact that they're the only two people there that seem to care about their careers

I have been using this establishment for four years. Got all my Covid shots there and received nothing but top notch treatment.
The pharmacist Antonio and Jorge and been nothing but professional and have answered any questions I ever had.
Before her passing away my mom got 5 medications and I myself received 4 monthly
Pharmacy techs Augusto, Bryce, Samara, and Kayla always treat me with respect and honesty when a medication may not be ready. They are kind, empathic after my Mother passed away and still to this day 5/1124 are compassionate and dedicated.
Those who post negative remarks could be having a bad day or a ordered medication may not come on time which happens.
When it happened to me they checked their neighboring Walgreens and in my case it was unavailable. Things happen.
Not to mention just how demanding and stressful their job is. Keep this in mind when you consider posting a review.

It is a shame that the largest pharmacy chain in the country is too cheap to ensure their pharmacies - their actual one job - are actually serving their patients throughout the day. The fact that they don't even keep someone there to transact business that doesn't involve the transfer of medication speaks volumes to their corporate greed.

This store now do want to allow me to pick up some of my medications at another Walgreens like the one in Ocala where I visit alot because of family. Says that red flags are waved. Also my doctor has an office in Brookville and the one I go to in Brandon. Another red flag according to them. I have been at this store for years then all at once here comes this nonsense about red flags. We'll they can red flag this...I will take my business somewhere else!

Never dealt with a more rude person in all my times of calling Walgreens. Her name is Kayla. She kept interrupting and was not listening to the answers. At first, I thought there was a delay in my Bluetooth. I gave her benefit of the doubt. But when it became clear that she was just a rude person, I told her I was trying not to be rude because I respect she was doing her job but kindly asked her to please stop interrupting. She put me on hold and came back and asked me the same question. She was so rude and incredibly unprofessional. I have never dealt with this and I have been picking up my own meds and other family members at this Walgreens before.
