Never dealt with a more rude person in all my times of calling Walgreens. Her name is Kayla. She kept interrupting and was not listening to the answers. At first, I thought there was a delay in my Bluetooth. I gave her benefit of the doubt. But when it became clear that she was just a rude person, I told her I was trying not to be rude because I respect she was doing her job but kindly asked her to please stop interrupting. She put me on hold and came back and asked me the same question. She was so rude and incredibly unprofessional. I have never dealt with this and I have been picking up my own meds and other family members at this Walgreens before.

Was told to call about my prescription. To be placed on hold 4 times while waiting on that phone call. I get being busy that’s not the issue. However, when Kayla did get on the phone she was snarky and rude. I assume she wasn’t having a great day. It shouldn’t be MY problem to deal with her bad day. The attitude was unnecessary and certainly not needed. Feel free to go to CVS and speak to Nicki she was much more personable and handled the situation in a more professional manner.

The pharmacy employees don't have any work ethic at all, they don't answer the phone, put you on hold and don't even tell you. 3,4,5 times, it don't matter how long you have to wait, they don't even say,"thank you for holding "..I'm looking for another pharmacy ASAP.

I wish I could give less than 1 stars. Getting my daughters rx filled every month has become a huge debacle. I am now 2 days in to getting a REFILL and getting zero assistance.

I got a RAPID covid test on August 21st at 9:30am. I waited all day and no email. I started college classes and needed a negative result. I had to go back at night and get an at home one, which I had been taking three days in a row.. that is why I wanted a drive thru window test. 2 days later and I have yet to receive results. I tried contacting them, but there is only a machine on the other end that is not helpful. I have the email to prove it was a rapid test, and no email to prove I’m negative :( xd

Terrible customer service. Seems like they hire just about anyone to work the pharmacy. Needed covid test results and I got 3 different excuses from 3 different people as to why my rapid test wasn't coming in so rapid. There's a reason why I took the rapid test and not the lab test because I need to know if I'm positive with covid ASAP because it affects my decision making and the decision making of the people in my house. I have a grandmother to take care of and haven't been able to take care of her because I'm waiting on these "rapid" test results. Figure it out. Also pick your staff better, just because they have a degree from ASU online does not mean they are fit for the job. Imagine a bunch of clueless staff members dealing with important things such as distributing drugs and executing proper covid tests. I'll at least give them 1/5 stars because they at least could speak English and realize the issue at hand

Upon picking up my prescription @ the drive through window, Augusto was very rude and short with me. When I pulled to the window I thought Augusto asked me to wait. Then I got "GO AHEAD SIR" I gave him my last name and he walked away. Augusto returned with my prescription and gave me the total. I placed my card in the tray for him. When he was done, Augusto tossed my prescription along with my card back into the tray and sent it back out. I took my items out of the tray, he closed it and walked away. He waked by the pharmacist and just stared at me until I drove away.Appalled by the way I was just treated. I parked my vehicle and entered the store to speak with a manager. The young man at the front register was very nice and accommodating.David the manager came to the front. I introduced myself to him and he bobbed his head at me,obviously did not feel the need to reciprocate with a greeting or an introduction. I explained what happened at the drive through and he said "Okaaaay"? And just looked at me. At this point I was enraged and perplexed. I then stated I would no longer do business with Walgreens. David then said "okay" and started to walk away. At that moment I had to ASK for his name.No apologies, nothing. I have not been treated with suchdisrespect decade. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Last week while I was being ignored at the counter, I was mortified to hear the young man at the drive thru speaking so rudely to one of our Veterans. He was loud and trying to embarrass this gentlemen when he asked why his co-pay had increased. He replied, it's not my fault you have Tricare. Little s**** If someone that reported to me spoke to anyone like that I would fire them on the spot. Zero respect from anyone in that pharmacy. It's really a shame because the others outside of the pharmacy, are good people. I've moved everything to Publix, never again.

This is literally the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever come across. Always a reason why they won't fill my prescription on time. They say they will have it done by the end of the day but then don't. I normally love Walgreens but this one has disappointed me so much with my prescriptions. Going somewhere else for my prescriptions.

I enjoy shopping in the main part of this Walgreens. There are delightful associates, e.g. Leila and Kathy who are so professional and friendly when assisting you. HOWEVER. I can not and would not recommend this store's pharmacy to friends. I've had several bad episodes with the pharmacy personnel. In the second most recent episode I've stood there at the counter clearly seen by staff, but they continued telling jokes and ignoring me despite eye contact being made. Over twenty minutes before they would acknowledge me despite me announcing myself. Today, however, was the last straw. My prescription was sent electronically to this pharmacy on/before 1115 a.m on Thursday. At 2:30 p.m., I went through the drive through (where the wait was 10-15 minutes) only to be told it wasn't ready and to wait until I received a text. I left. At 3:52 p.m. I received an automated call saying one of my medicines was ready and the other was not. On Friday (the NEXT DAY) at 9:45 a.m. (22 1/2 hours after prescription turned in) I received a text and automated call saying my second medicine was ready. I went inside to get my medicine. I asked the pharmacy tech why it took over 22 hours to get my prescription, "We were busy!" he told me. Fortunately we have choices....I went over to Publix (right behind this Walgreens at 3405 Lithia Pinecrest) and discussed my options and they were more than happy to get my future business.
