The worst Walmart I've been to in my life. Pick up was over 45 minutes long and had to ask someone because the app doesn't work apparently. Worst experience possible. Don't pick up from this Walmart ever

Miserable employees and no check out lines. Don't go here if you are doing major shopping unless you want to self checkout your entire cart.

I think I figured out why the store seems understocked. Between online, dd, uber etc orders and the fact that it's a 24/7 store. I did not realize that first time i was around. I enjoy stopping by for snacks n gear for my Dashes. I try to behave n not break into song like i do in sprouts n the other stores. Lol today it was freezing! O_o i was hugging my huge plastic can of pork rinds as if it was "my precious" found some ramen i needed n discovered they sell condensed coconut milk! I already knew i had to bake something delicious with it! Decided to go with the angel food cake as my base for "bread" pudding. I always make mine with old bread but i wanted to try this instead. Gotta change things up every once in the while or whats the point of life if u don't experiment. Now i sit here n wait for my little to get out so we can ride into the moon set. I came last week for shenanigans n had a decent time window shopping. It's well stocked on the other stuff to. I never have drama with the store. I go in, i buy stuff n out the door i go.

Manager or supervisor refuses to take calls. Agent hangs up on you. Never received delivery. Pick up department does not answer phone. Some one really needs to review this store. The customer is treated terrible and so is the service. Really disappointed

The grocery pick up process needs serious improvement. I spend a lot of money on groceries each week for my family. Physically shopping for a weeks worth of food is aggravating at best. So, I use grocery pick-up curbside. There is not a week that goes by that there is not something wrong with my order. I have to carefully review my receipt every single time. I've been charged for things I didn't order. But mostly, they forget items all the time, and I still get charged. The worst week, I was missing 16 items. $80+ in refunds. Getting a refund is actually super easy. They'll refund you with no questions asked. (Not sure how that's working for THEM.) I can't believe after multiple times of requesting returns, no one has bothered to contact me. I don't know what their process is for the actual shopping part, but it really seems like they can conveniently mark something as "out of stock". I have on numerous inconvenient occasions gone into the store (before I go to curbside to pick up my order) to get what I need, and lo and behold, my items are indeed in stock. Very same day. Laziness. I understand thing do go out of stock sometimes, but this is BS. I feel like they are mad that I have so many groceries. I'm not sure who does the shopping, but the item count has become a problem particularly in produce. I've ordered 1 bunch of "tomatoes on the vine" and received 1 damn tomato. Same thing with bananas. Organics come in a prepackaged bunch, and regular bananas are ordered by quantity. This is confusing, because when it came to substitution time, I ended up with 6 bunches of bananas. Poor training. Oh, and substitutions? I've had the weirdest subs for completely unrelated items. I think they just don't care. And it sure seems like they won't sub me and item of lesser value. If they would pay attention to my order, I have many store brand products in my list. I guess it's too hard to refund my money, but they're sure good at charging me for things, and not giving them to me. I only have two positive things to say about this situation: I do appreciate when they substitute and item that cost more, but still charge me for the cheaper item. (MOST of the time, but not ALWAYS) And the employees that bring the groceries out and load them up are always friendly, they work fast and efficiently even in this awful heat. (Sometimes I do have to wait a little longer than others, but I always blast my AC for them:) Inside the store is clearly understaffed, and move at a snails pace. I use to use the Brandon Walmart for pickup before this one started offering it. Never had an issue!!!! I can only guess it's poor management. I would love to be a fly on the wall and see what goes on behind the scenes. How do they keep leaving out so many items in my orders? Is someone taking them home? Check your receipts people!! I have also received other people's things, but wasn't charged. I feel bad for the other person. Oh and another thing that has been super inconvenient lately....I am not getting the substitute notifications on time if at all. Unfortunately I'm stuck shopping here. (And I hate shopping on the inside.... Overcrowded, stockers everywhere, slow lines, and "no thanks" to self check out on the amount of groceries I buy) Whatever construction they have going on in the parking lot, I can only hope is for future improvements. But it feels like it's been this way for over a year. And their shoppers need some serious re-training! They can't possibly be the same people that are bringing the orders out. They are usually pretty efficient and friendly.

Employee Noreen (Nqreen) was being extremely rude. Looking through my groceries for 10 minutes as if I stole something to only feel extremely stupid. People like this should be in the back not working with customers at all.

Walmart is slowly moving to a self-service format. They remodeled this Walmart And added 80% self-service check out and maybe 20% cashiers. There is never a cashier on duty. They're slowly moving away from hiring people and having one person cover multiple registers as things get busy. I refuse to spend more than $10 and ring up my own stuff. When you start talking hundreds of dollars whether it's groceries or home goods or electronics I absolutely refuse to ring it myself. Walmart is destroying small business. I left my items and just walked out.
