I saw a dead cat in the parking lot and then when i went in these young boys dragged the dead cat from the parking lot inside and smashed the cat to little bits all over the ground in the clearance section…. I was deeply disturbed. Come here only if you want to be tortured by 12-16 year old kids

Like usual, I love this store but the lines are ridiculous and they only have few cashiers. And they were only out of a couple things I needed today instead of most of the things I needed.

The lady in charge of receiving the load on Thursday afternoons is a very bad person, she has no education, she plays with your time but she doesn't like anyone touching hers time, she closes the door in your face and doesn't sign your documents loads and it doesn't tell you that they have finished emptying the trailer. I personally will never deliver to this Walmart again.

Absolute worst customer experience of my life.Walmart associate stood on top of me at self checkout. Do not hover over me while I do your job! Finally I ask if she's helping to which she tells me No! I don't scan groceries, I was daydreaming...awesome! How much does this job pay? She then proceeds to call me names, is rude, ignorant. I tell her to get away from me, but she doesn't. Just continues to hurl unpleasantries. I finally had to ask another associate to remove her.Walmart. 1. If I am NOT to be trusted scanning my stuff, then eliminate self-checkout. 2. I am NOT stopping & showing anyone my receipt. 3. If you need verification that I'm not a thief, then staff your store with cashiers.BTW, I should be given a discount for doing your job...scanning & bagging

This is the Walmart closest to my house so it's the one I usually go to. I had ordered poster board online but didn't use it all so I went to return 8 sheets. Sales associate handed the return slip to my husband and I didn't see it for a couple of hours. She only gave me credit for 6 sheets so she gyped me out of $2 and change. Also, my husband bought great value biscuits for Thanksgiving. There were supposed to be 10 biscuits but when I opened it, there were only 9.

Hard to navigate where we wanted to go. I tried online but it just gave me pickup information. Big retailers need to have better applications for finding the item I need when I am already there. The staff was helpful.

Would be nice to have employees speak the language of the customer base. Had to move through six employees before giving up and leaving. On the way out, a trainer asked how my experience was. To my surprise, someone who spoke English. I proceeded to share that it's frustrating to need help and the employees can't because of language barrier. Walmart needs to not worry about "diversity and inclusion" it it's at the expense of the consumer base.

Walmart is just ok. I don't like the self-serve checkout, the deli is limited, and I am not a fan of most products being the sub-quality Great Value brand. I've bought several Great Value products and usually disappointed. The clothes are poor quality and the meats are worse. When the display for the meats are leaking, you can bet the temperature of that meat is questionable. About the only thing I buy at Walmart is cleaning supplies.

1 1/2 days before hurricane idalia . Decent amount of supplies still available after busy weekend. Nicest people shopping, very helpful as were many employees. Usually store are empty of critical food & water but I got far more than ever - this close to storm landfall. Very pleased.

Store#941This store has been my family's neighborhood store for the past 5 years to the point that we recognize most of the staff and most recognize us as well.It started 2 days a go when my wife and I were self checking out and organizing our items to leave after paying over $200, when an associate by the name of Mary decided to approach us while we were heading to the main exit where they would check your receipt in some occasions and I never had a problem with that. My problem is with that lady who decided to target us out of everyone else, as she approached me and asked if I have scanned the $5 pizza that was at the bottom rack of the shopping cart, and when I answered yes and presented my receipt she said to me that she will need to scan it herself to check!!! At that point I felt bulleyed, insulted, and harrased because it is the job of the person by the exit and not her's. I left the store after exchanging a few words. We returned to the same store this evening and there we were again at self checkout and the same lady approached us out of everyone else there and instead that she must scan the $6 water case that was on the bottom rack of the cart, which was very odd and irritating and disrespectful of her to decide to target us and harrase us for the second time in 3 days. I asked to speak to the manager then someone by the name of Vince came and presented himself as "the store manager " which apparently turned out to be not true! After explaining the situation to him he unfortunately showed no care for what we were experiencing and started backing up his associate and did not even bother to apologize to us as unhappy customers! He was rather intimidating, especially when he heard everything we had to say and realized that we were not wrong at all. He started picking on my voice instead of apologizing and trying to solve the issue. He even told us to leave the store when we had over $200 worth of groceries already scanned and waiting to be paid! Not only that I found out Vince was not the actual store manager as he claimed, I also found out from the Walmart corporate that even the name of the actual store manager he provided me was also wrong. I will be taking this to next level, and I will make sure that Walmart corporate office gets involved and thoroughly investigate both incidents for them to properly train their associates to respect customers as professionals and not target or discriminate against people just because they ignorantly look different to them! The Walmart Team Lead by the name or Roberto was a very nice and professional gentleman in his efforts to help with the issue, but it was very unfortunate that the under qualified so called store manager Vince stepped in and made the situation worse. It was very obvious from the look on his face approaching us that he had already a predetermined racist judgment about my wife and I based on our looks and all what he was in to was about making us look and sound wrong!!!WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I just wish they could come up with a vaccine for stupidity and another one for racism!!
