Stopped in at 6:45 am on Sunday morning. No doughnuts, minimal prepared food, and the clerk was puzzled when asked if they had buttered rolls. Could not fathom what a roll with butter in it was. No plastic knives to cut our awful pre-made egg and cheese sandwich. When asked, the clerk would not even look for for plastic knives.
Quick Edit: Even the link they gave on their answer is blocked due to suspended account.
This is definitely not the 7 Eleven stores I remember as it was dirty and barely stocked. Clerk could not wait for us to leave so she could sit outside on her phone and smoke her cigarettes.
If this store represents the direction 7-Eleven is going, they won't last long. Obviously, will not be returning.

By far, the most disgusting 7-11 I've been in, in a long time. The bathrooms are terrible, and the employees are rude and untrained.

Had to use the restroom and couldn’t wait the 10 more miles to get home so we stopped here. Regretted stopping as soon as I walked around the corner to the bathrooms. One was out of order and the other, the door was wide open with the light on. I walked in and was absolutely disgusted but I couldn’t hold my bladder any longer. They had 3 car air fresheners hanging from the ac vent and another on the door hinge. The floor was absolutely appalling with god knows what all over it. Dried, dirty papers on the floor and something that could’ve been rocks but you never know. I used toilet paper that was just sitting on the handlebar because the holder looked broken to put down the nasty toilet seat and tried my best to not think of how dirty that bathroom was and how disgusted I felt while I did my thing. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were rats roaming about in there. Also wanna mention when I walked out one of the employees mentions how she wasn’t going to mop. That’s gross considering how many people walk through every day.

Lack customer service, supervisor not helpful to concerns and condone rude attitude of the black lady that worked today. Stay away from this place. Food not cooked just reheated. What would I expect? I am not gonna waste my time and money coming here. You got the wrong customer to ridicule with.

negative stars food not cooked seems like they reheated I’ve been coming here and all of a sudden you gonna ask me for ID RIDICULOUS just shut this place down cashiers entitled especially the black lady worked on 10/03/2024 at 0800AM and very rude! Never coming back. Supervisor not helpful lacking customer service.

Absolutely horrible, a very masculine female staff was disrespectful, eating while being on the clock, made a barricade to prevent customers to access the restrooms, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

This place is disgusting! Bathrooms are always a mess and usually only 1 is working. The higher reviews were from a couple of years ago when it first opened. The gas pumps never give a receipt. Avoid this place if you need a bathroom or a receipt.

I have lived in this country for several years, I love the 7 Eleven stations, they have a lot of variety in their things. Unfortunately, an employee (woman rude) approached me while she was eating a hot dog and asked me if she had already paid for it: to which I responded that she had not yet (I have always eaten and paid for everything I consume). I continue eating and for the second time the same employee (the same woman) comes back telling me that I have to pay for everything before eating, the truth is that she was very insistent this time. We went to the cash register and paid and left, without first telling them that no 7 Eleven station had insisted so much on us going to pay, I felt it was very discriminatory, we are Latinos. The station was pretty lonely, we weren't hiding, I guess there are cameras, so it wasn't a pleasant experience. I understand that there will be people who do not pay for what they consume, as unfortunately all businesses do, but I recommend writing them in rules if it is a new modality.
