I frequent the 711 several times a week. Every time I come in the manager is always rude. If you have any questions about any sales, he’s very short and angry. I will start to go out of my way so that way I will not have to stop at the 7-Eleven. It’s just really interesting over the year, I have seen that manage be rude to several people. He’s even spilled coffee on somebody at one point and never apologized for it and when the gentleman asked him for an apology, he said you shouldn’t have been in the way. Totally unprofessional all around I would recommend taking some type of Customer relations classes.

On July 14, 2025, at 6 a.m., employees were extremely rude, racist, and mistreated Latinos. They didn't know that the 7-Eleven app allowed customers to shop without having to go to the checkout. They weren't up to date with the technology. They should have better staff who knew how to provide good customer service.

Pretty new gas station in a pretty bad condition. You have to hold the nozzle with your hand because it doesn’t lock, I paid inside but it didn’t work and I had to move to another pump which also required me to try several times to fill up. Toilets are dirty, cashier is unfriendly. I asked him to put $15 on my pump - he gave me a receipt for a previous transaction on the pump instead. In other words - I’m kinda disappointed.

I Went there today and my son and his friends went inside to buy few things and all of sudden the owner look at the store cam and called the employee asked them to kick them out because they don’t have adult with them inside and he knew they paid. My son was afraid because they told him they will call the cops if they don’t leave because the owner said so however I wish my son told me while I was there but I didn’t know till I got home I would of called the cops my self but I will file a claim with the the company and better business bureau. I will make sure someone like that won’t abuse our children specially they are polit and respectful.

Wish I could give ZERO!!!
This is the Second time (this had happened before) I am trying to buy gas and this old, tired and extremely slow pump did not let me pay using my Master card - looked like the system crashed, the screen froze. I had to cancel transaction. Wasted 10mins on the cold morning. Will never ever visit them again!!!

Don't stop here if you're looking for coffee. Half the machines are out of order and from the looks of the signs, have been for months. Still busy though. Maybe that's why they don't bother with fixing them.

This is the 3rd time in the last few months I've bought milk here to bring it home and open it and it's sour. Still within the date too. Stop ripping people off and being lazy POS and keep things the proper temp. Contacting the health department.

Went in late Sunday evening Easter, to get cold medicine for my sick wife. Got home and she said she was allergic to that particular mucinex w acetaminophen. Went to take back and clerk said unless you walk strait out and back in you can't exchange anything. I asked if that was 711 policy. She said it was and that this was a franchise. POOR POLICY.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I purchased a package of two cookies from the bakery counter case. When I went to the register they charged me twice claiming, "There are two cookies in the package." When I questioned this practice the attendants (all six of them) became irate and began yelling at me and cursing at me saying, "This is just how it is." I told the cashier that I don't think this is correct and I would like to speak to a manager. He then replied, "Its 2:30 on Friday, there's no F-ing manager here." (Great customer service) An individually priced package should not be rung up for each item in the package. If I bought a 6-pack of beer or a 12-pack of coke I would not get charged for six individual beers or 12 cans of coke. If I buy package of Keebler cookies off the shelf I wouldn't be charged for each individual cookie in the package. If this is in fact how 7-11 prices their items this misleading and dishonest and it needs to change. A price on a package is the price for the package, not each item in the package and if I question the pricing I certainly do not expect a reply full of profanities.
