Went on line to look for a shared credit union. Achieva came up and they were close by. Went there to get some cash. Was told they can't pull up my accounts. Was told to go out to ATM to get cash. A TRUE SHARED CREDIT UNION CAN pull up your accts.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was on my first visit in the local Achieva office! :-) I'd had accounts with them but just not had to be in the location before, but on this occasion I did need to go inside. I was greeted so warmly and enthusiastically at the very end of a long day for them no doubt! I immediately was directed to Breanna Castleberry!! We actually had the best time- like we known each other forever! This made me feel like I was a member for many years! I was there after closing and the girls were very gracious and they allowed me to look through their little: MANY Rubber Duckies they were selling for the Achieva Fund Charity, for Local Schools!♡♡???Of course I had to buy a dozen of those cute little guys!♡???There's something to be said about the local credit union and Achieve a neighbor fails! Thank you Brianna and the other kind ladies there that working that evening! You're The Best! KUDOS ALL AROUND!???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Bambi Porter, Venice, Bay Indies Resort Community ♡

Honestly don’t know why anyone would go to another bank… ever! What an amazing bank. You are greeted the second you walk in. The staff are friendly and reap. However, the best employee at Achieva and probably anywhere is Achieva’s Senior Mortgage Loan Office Jason Anger. He has helped me with several loans and has always gone ABOVE AND TO INFINITY AND BEYOND. He has always gotten back to me in record time, even on a Saturday. (Crazy right?) He has the best personality and disposition. Achieva is very lucky to have him and really should consider giving him a big pay increase and promotion before another bank scoops him up. I cannot speak highly enough of Achieva and it’s staff. If you are smart, you have an account there. If you don’t… better look into it, you won’t regret it.

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The place itself is very warm and decorated with many fun things! I’m pretty new to a lot of financial concepts and their staff was able to help me through a couple different processes and simplify it for me. It is always a joy to stop by Achieva’s venice branch.

We just moved to Venice in February. We opened an account at Bank of America thinking we needed a bank with branches at the various places we have property, Bad mistake. Bank of Americas service is so bad I don't know how they stay in business. When we closed our account no one even asked why. We are from a small town in Indiana where we owned a couple businesses and got accustomed to super bank service. We have been with Achieva 2 months and it feels like home. All the technology of the big banks but only use it to improve service not avoid it. We applied for an account on day no appointment no wait. Applied online that night for new wip. Woke up to approval. Erin Lovelace was ad has been incredible. Awesome follow up. Believe it or not they have a drive through too.

Called to get info about joining; could hear employees chatting with one another about U-Haul costs of $250 and other personal stories, but no one answered call. Called back and after too many rings got recorded message saying other members were being helped. Two additional such calls answered my questions about whether I should do business with them.

I closed my checking account because when I cash a check the teller buys shares with it and then sells the shares after giving me the money. I never authorized any share purchase. What is happening with that? Does this make the bank look good? Not going to put my money there.

The branch manager came out yesterday and was very confrontational to a customer. I feel there is a right and a wrong way to speak to someone. He was dead wrong and I would have let him know had it been me he was speaking to. My husband got a personal loan and the loan processor was an absolute B to him. After seeing how the branch manager acted, I can see why she acted as she did. I have a car loan and my husband has a personal loan. We will NEVER open a checking account here due to this incident. Heed my warning do not go to this branch!!!

I’ve never had bad experiences at any of the other branches I’ve used. Yesterday was bewildering. I don’t care what has gone on in your life for the day, but don’t be rude and raise your voice with customers. Just go take a brake, lunch or go home for the day, but one way or another sort yourself out without taking out on your customers.
