They desk schedule guys don’t have a clue
Poor communication and prices are high
I would never bring any of my vehicle there again
They put wrong thermostat in and then wanted to charge me more to put the correct thermostat in. Installed the incorrect thermostat put check engine light on
I was changed for a new thermostat and labor for over $1,000
There was never thermostat installed but I was billed for it, a new mechanic diagnosed and found the thermostat was original and not ever replaced as this shop claimed Kevin did the right thing and refunded my part and labor. with the evidence I gave them, the original thermostat
I will never use or recommend because no explanation of how or why this was done when the work did not get done.

I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend American Import Auto - Venice to others. Excellent Reputation. Excellent service and excellent customer service.
I have a Volvo. In my experience most shops don’t handle Volvo repairs very well.
American Import Auto in Venice specializes in foreign autos and has a Volvo specialist on staff.
They performed excellent repairs on my Volvo and at a very fair price. The car was completed on time and for the price quoted. The work was perfect.

Mike & Jessie are the best. They were both very welcoming and they let you know they appreciated my business. The shop & waiting room were clean and the tech, Gene, did a great job on my car which had a few dicy projects to get done. A gift bag at pickup was a pleasant surprise. I'll be back soon enough I'm sure, with this 20 year old car. Thank you all!!
