I am so lucky to have found out about this amazing shop! The first time I went to them was in May after my car broke down out of state and no one here or there would touch my car since it’s a BMW. I was a mess of emotions but Mike went above and beyond to help. This week I brought my car back for an issue they diagnosed in May and once again Jesse, Mike and Kevin were super sweet. They never talk to me like I don’t know anything because I’m a woman and they always take that extra step when they don’t have to and they make me feel welcome with every phone call and face to face interaction!!

Out of the years we have used American import auto, this would have to be our worst experience. The fact that you instructed us, based on your overly priced diagnostic, that we needed to replace the tensioner assembly and serpentine belt (drive belt) a repair that would fix the noise we were heading and costing us $650. Your diagnostic was completely wrong and now it's going to cost us even more money to fix the issue that you didn't fix, the first time! More then likely will not continue to use you as our family mechanic after almost 8 years of strictly using american import auto.
Sad to see a local company charge a family to fix their SUV. When you didn't fix the issue. The services were not rendered. Social media and legal advice will be use to figure out the next step.

While in Venice the AC went out in my vehicle. They were very professional and got the problem fixed. They were quick with repairs and answered any questions I came up with.

A friendly group of individuals! Making an appointment was a breeze, the repair time on my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan was acceptable and the price was competitive. And no excuses like I encountered at the dealer! What more can you ask for!
I'll definitely be using them for any needed auto work from now on!

This place saved us a ton of money on our exhaust system on a 17 year old vehicle without replacing the entire system per dealership at a cost higher than the sale price of the well running vehicle. The vehicle inspection report was the most detailed and informative I could ever imagine. This is our first stop when it comes to needing a vehicle Doctor.

What a refreshingly wonderful experience having my car serviced at American Import Auto. Beginning with awesome service advisor Jesse Moore who calmly and thoroughly explained what to expect and answered all my questions, to the emails with details keeping me updated along the process, to tech GS who fixed my car to drive another day, to the kind gentleman who transported me to and from and ending my day on a much needed pleasant tone.

Highly recommend. I have used this vehicle repair service for several years and they have always been thorough with inspecting my vehicle and keeping me informed on regular maintenance and needed repair work. The car was not starting and ultimately needed a new battery; they replaced the battery and ensured the vehicle was operating properly. The cost for materials and labor was very reasonable. The staff is competent and courteous. Since I plan on keeping my vehicle 2016 Volvo XC70 for a long time, I will continue on using AIA in the future. Thank you.
