I never thought I would see the day that I would be giving a cell phone provider store a five star review. I was helped by the store manager Josh on two occasions, and I was shocked at a) how good he is at his job, and b) how good his customer service is. He was prompt, knows the technical aspects better than any customer support I have ever seen. It was really a refreshing pleasure to walk in and receive such good service. My advice to corporate- take this guy, make him a regional manager, and have him teach all your customer service technicians what he knows. You are sitting on an employee goldmine.

Kevin went above and beyond to help me. I showed up with my dad’s Tracfone that I couldn’t operate. It was important that I transfer the phone number from the Tracfone to a new device. My father had let his account lapse and it was a big ordeal but Kevin persevered!!!! He told me he welcomed the challenge and he was incredibly calm and cool through the whole process.

Great experience at AT&T Venice location. Kevin assisted us with our phones. He was very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to explain everything to our satisfaction even though the store was extremely busy!
