Very nice office lady upfront her name was Angel she took great care of is especially for our trip that our family needed after I had to do 2 years of chemo/therapy for cancer. We appreciate the upgrade that was offered it was only a few dollars more but it worked out great. Thank you.

I recently rented a car from Fort Myers airport. When I discovered that the vehicle didn't feel safe to drive I contacted Amine at the Venice branch. He told me to bring the car in and he would swap it out for me. When I got there, Angel helped me swap the car out and I continued with my new rental. Both Amine and Angel were very helpful, accommodating, and just nice to deal with. This is a 5 star location where they give you personal attention and truly care about you.

Change of Ownership is not always a good thing. Amin has done a great job of picking up where Jay Dee left off. He kept Angel in the office and she is second to none! I regularly rent from Avis and this location is the reason why! Keep up the great work!

I have been using Avis Venice for the last year or so. I’ve tried the other rental car agencies in Venice,. Nothing compares to the service and professionalism at Avis. Angel. The daily Manager does a fantastic job and is always upbeat and very pleasant to work with she handles every situation possible

Great selection of cars and crossovers. Great prices and unlimited mileage. You cannot beat Avis. This location is just that much better because of Angel. Her customer service, friendly smile and professionalism are second to none. We recently went to a competitor to rent a vehicle, and were INSTANTLY reminded why we shouldn't ever go anywhere but here. That competitor doesn't hold a candle to Avis in Venice. Thanks, Angel, for another fantastic experience!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
