Felt like I aged 20 years and the only person that was able has to ask for assistance. When I arrived there was 4 people ahead of me and now 1 hour later I’m still here.

Do not try to do business at this location. It's impossible. Way too many customers standing in long lines, way too few tellers and/or people to meet with. Even making an appointment--if you can amange to make one--isn't likely to be kept. I have been there four (4) separate times to schedule an appointment--all unsuccessfully. Especially incompetent person in charge of speaking to customers about how they may be served. Air head. Total non-listener, about whom I have complained to the manager--twice. He himself has given me flat out incorrect information about my account. There's good reason the rating for this bank is the lowest possible. Read other reviews.Dr. Gay Claiborne

1st off, no drive through.2nd, walked in today to a line about 10 deep with 2 tellers. They had a customer depositing $9,999 in $1 bills. He had 2 of these deposits that I saw. So $19,998. Instead of helping 10 customer's (and the line continued to grow) they just kept chatting with Mr Drug Dealer". So disrespectful of all the other customers.

Walked into the bank asked if I can Cash a Bank of America check. Have it to them. They looked at it and said yes we can cash it. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Got called by the teller, came up to them and got told they can't cash it. Thanks for wasting my time Bank of cluesless idiots.

Line is always literally to the door no matter the time of day. I have to go here for work and I waste at least 30+ minutes of my work day standing in line for something so simple as picking up night deposit receipts.

I've called this bank everyday this week with no answer. Also, A while back I went in with a question about a card and talked about my car loan too. They gave a random guess what my rate could be and after running credit realised that it was too soon after I bought the car for it to even show on my report. Would have been a good question to ask before hand you think? I'll be making the extra drive to the other location where the lines aren't 15 min long and my time is respected.

I am terribly disappointed in this branch. Right inside the front door I was stopped by an employee asking if I had a mask to wear, I understand it's her job to ask and she was very polite about it. I told her I gave a medical disability and cannot wear one. She then started asking me why I was at the bank today, I said to make a deposit, will it be a check or cash? As though this is anyone's business but mine. Why would I want to discuss my financial intentions at the front door in the common area? I told her what I was doing, I was completely taken by surprise or I would have never had that discussion in that location. She then said I could follow the footprints to go to the teller area! When there I could not see a teller so I started to fill out my deposit slip, thinking they would be right back. I looked over and saw a few wisps of hair about the next computer and realized that's where I should be. I said oh, I didn't see you. She said she knew I'd come over when I was ready. She never acknowledged she was over there like When you're ready I can help you or anything like that to direct me. I handed her my credit card and said I'd be taking a cash advance and depositing it. She looks at my card and says Did you call them and say you were going to do this? No, I never have in my life. Well, she said. I don't know anything about this one, it may not go through! SERIOUSLY, it was my Capital One venture card! I use it for my airline miles. I guess she didn't bother to look to see who it was distributed from. Such incredibly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never return to that branch. Bank of America needs to do some serious retraining there!!
